I went in for a routine check-up and cleaning and I was very impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The dentist Dr Ramona Seth was thorough in explaining every step of the process, which really put me at ease. They also took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood what was happening with my dental health. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I could tell that the dentist really cared about my comfort throughout. I left feeling refreshed and confident about my dental care. The Hygienist Faizan was very gentle and professional. I highly recommend Oaks Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental team. I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
Dr Monty Ali is very experienced and I have visited him for years. He is very professional and empathetic and puts me at ease by explaining everything. He is very gentle and his work is excellent. Last visit I had a tooth broken up to the gum in the front and after treatment I told him, "I know you can create miracles but this time you did the impossible". His charges are not that high given the excellent service he provides. I paid £ 660 for a procedure that would have cost a lot with other practitioners.
