The dentist Dr Ramona Seth was thorough in explaining every step of the process, which really put me at ease. They also took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood what was happening with my dental health. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I could tell that the dentist really cared about my comfort throughout. I left feeling refreshed and confident about my dental care. The Hygienist Faizan was very gentle and professional. I highly recommend Oaks Dental Practice to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and caring dental team. I'll definitely be returning for future visits!
I had a broken tooth that was very sharp against my tongue. I also had a tooth that suddenly fell out. I rang Toni on Wednesday afternoon after seeing her review online plus she was close to home. My appointment was the next day. I can only reiterate the views. She was lovely very efficient, sorted me how with no hassle or pain. When I went to pay her I expected to pay a lot of money. She is the cheapest dentist I have had. The clinic is clean and professional, I had an X-ray (included in the fee) and Toni will phone me with the results to see if I need more treatment. Very highly recommended.
The Hygienist Alex, was a perfectionist. She was a calming influence and I felt extremely comfortable in her company. I have requested Alex again, during my next visit. A credit to the organisation.
I love this place! The staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Zainab and Ahmed are both perfectionists and enjoy what they do, the extra care they put into detail is perhaps what differentiates them from others. The results are always just perfect and I always leave the clinic happy and full of confidence. Definitely, my favourite place to be.
