I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
All the staff are AMAZING, never had a bad experience, highly professional. Excellent service. A lot of people fear going to a dentist but I absolutely love it, wouldn’t go anywhere else
I was a patient at this clinic until I moved away recently. I had a considerable amount of dental work including 4 implants and several fillings. The clinic has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The treatments were consistently excellent.

Extensive measures and professionalism ere exhibited to ensure that there was minimal risk to staff or patients. I am a busy General Practitioner and despite living near Swansea feel it is a worthwhile investment of my time commuting to Penarth for dental services with the Smile Studio. Not only is the care received exemplary, but the staff all feel like friends. The personal interest in taking a genuine interest in my life goes far above and beyond what I would expect from any medical establishment and impresses me greatly. When I chipped a tooth just before I was due to fly and get married in 2019, The Smile Studio ensured that the experience was as stress-free as possible by ensuring the problem was fixed promptly and were very accommodating to my work commitments in doing so. I cannot recommend the team highly enough for their technical knowledge, professionalism and for always going above & beyond for their patients.
I was really cared for by the Dentist and the staff. I had leg injuries and have problems with mobility, I was made to feel very safe and cared for. This is my new Dentist now! Very happy with everyone and their care at Glynneath.
