Wonderful staff, nice facility! As a walk-in , the staff immediately worked me in to the schedule and the dentist took care of my issue quickly and effectively! This was my best ever visit to a dental clinic.

B.Dent has been the best dental clinic I have ever visited! I had 2x wisdom teeth extractions (1x surgical, 1x non-surgical), cleaning and x-rays. Enquiry stage: - B.Dent were a fast communicator meaning I got the whole picture of what needed to be done very quickly - I needed x3 extractions but they advised to only remove 2 as it would be quite difficult otherwise. To me, this showed their integrity as they advised what was best for my health, not their gains - Transparent pricing: after sharing my x-rays, the team shared exactly how much it would cost and informed me of the payment terms. During the procedure: - The cleaning service was brilliant. I informed my hygienist that I have a recessed piece of gum over a molar which made cleaning uncomfortable, she said no worries let me numb it. I didn’t even feel the needle enter my gum… amazing! - The wisdom tooth extraction was super easy. The non-surgical extraction took maybe 20 seconds with the pliers. The surgical one was rough, I must admit. But I had a difficult tooth that was placed very awkwardly. I didn’t feel anything and the suturing felt fantastic - The dental surgeon was fantastic in communicating what I needed to do post-procedure and was incredibly friendly - ALL staff were incredible! Aftercare: - A prescription was written for me with everything I need - A document relating to aftercare with answers to basic questions was given to me which helped - An ice pack was provided to me - Sitting down and waiting for my taxi, every clinician was aware of what procedure I had completed and each time they walked past me, they asked me if I was okay! - Alma has been magical in her support via WhatsApp where she is super communicative, responsive and well-informed about how to look after myself. The whole patient support she offers is fantastic. I never got my third wisdom tooth removed so I will certainly need to return for that - I wouldn’t go anywhere else except here. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and family too. I can’t shout the praises of B. Dent loud enough. If you have any dental work, come here!

Have just finished a series of treatments at the dentist. This consisted of Root canal surgery 3 implants 2 crowns 1 veneer It has been a reasonably long process with me having to fly out 3 times and quite a few hours in the dentist’s chair but it has been worth every minute!!! They are incredibly helpful and professional. The receptionist is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Dentists are unbelievable, skilled and confident in their abilities. I have saved between £6,500 and £7,000 by having the work done in Spain and will not be having any treatments in England ever again. No more semi-detached houses that have been converted, it’s a weekend away while getting private high-class dentistry and saving money at the same time for me going forward. Highly recommend Spain and can’t say enough good things about Crooke dental practice in Alicante.

Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

I brought a family member from the USA to have a consultation for doing some major work. I just didn’t like what I heard the American dentist had said. I was so pleased with MediDental. They did a full evaluation, took 3D pictures and gave expert advice. They are going to provide a full treatment plan for moving forward. I’ll bring her back from the US to stay with me at my home in Portugal to have the work done. I couldn’t be more pleased! Wonderful experience, definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience! I came from the US on vacation and decided to see a dentist while I was in Portugal. I had my teeth cleaned and the doctor taught me new ways of brushing and flossing to save me money in the future. I feel like they truly care about you and don’t just want your money like other countries (USA). I will definitely be making a trip back to have more work done! Very affordable. The reception was less chaotic, the clinic was higher tech. The communication of the staff was better than any Canadian dentist I've been to in the past 10 years. Plus, it was about 50% cheaper.

I can't say enough about Dr Lefkopoulos and his staff. Dr Lefkopoulos performed a tooth extraction, bone graft and sinus lift, WITHOUT PAIN!!! Everything went incredibly well! They’re extremely kind, compassionate and excellent at what they do. The office is spotless and very organised. I would highly recommend Dr. Lefkopoulos to anyone looking for a caring, devoted, and meticulous professional dentist. Thank you all for your excellent care!

A trip to the dentist on holiday is not my favourite pastime but I was so impressed with the staff and treatment I received. I was seen immediately for an assessment of my pain and given an X-ray. An appointment the next day revealed my pain was caused by an ear infection but I opted to have my teeth cleaned as I hadn’t seen a dentist since before covid. My teeth were cleaned two days later for £60 by a very gentle hygienist and I’m smiling ear to ear. Highly recommended and maybe I’ll visit every holiday from now on. What a turnaround.
