I find Flynns Dental Care professional and very caring. It would not take you long to get the feeling that the patient comes first. The staff are so nice and keep everything calm and relaxed all while presenting a very high level of professionalism. The facilities have a high standard of cleanliness. There is a nice waiting room with a TV and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait although I don’t think I have waited longer than 10-15 minutes. The dentist I go to is Dr Ciara Drummond AKA Dr Ciara. I have a phobia of dental clinics. Because of this I have been to a lot of dentists, and I must admit the majority have been very nice, but Dr. Ciara is way ahead of anyone I have been to. She has a very calming deminer. Let’s you know what is happening. She explains the procedure about to be carried out, all while making sure you do not feel anxious or overwhelmed. I have been going to Flynns Dental Care for several years now and I would highly recommend them. The best dentist experience I've had so far! When I made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service! The appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the Dr. explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease. It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as I was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in Germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point. I can only recommend this dentist!
