Dr. Cinik's clinic really exceeded my expectations. The team picked us up on time from the air to the clinic and hotel and clinic. The inside of the clinic is nice and clean. The team is very professional, I could not count how many times I was called sir and spoken too politely. During the day of the hair transplants, they walk you through everything. They tell you what will be done and Dr. Cinik speaks with you before the operation. Do not be nervous about the language barrier. I promise you someone there speaks your language and if you want to know what is going on just ask. Like I said they are very polite. My friend and I chose this clinic because how responsive and professional they were. But once you get to Istanbul all you see is Dr. Cinik vans and patients all around. The clinic is well known and I’ve meet multiple people that were there a second time. My friend and I also received the dental cleaning and whitening. The dentist and assistant were very thorough. It was my first time getting my teeth whiten and my friend couldn’t believe the difference. I am very happy with the overall services at Dr. Cinik. The staff is wonderful and very professional. My experience was phenomenal from the beginning till the end. Oğuz is literally the best he answered every question I had with a fast response and never left me feeling uneasy or worried. I recently visited Fineup Dental Clinic in Turkey for a check-up and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was welcoming, the clinic clean, and the dentist thorough yet gentle. They explained things clearly, without any pressure. A good choice for straightforward, reliable dental care.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

The clinic contacted me quickly and offered an appointment- a car was sent to the hotel and Heidi was there to greet us. On arrival you are asked to wear shoe protectors to avoid any cross-contamination I had an OPG panoral X-ray taken and a quick examination this cost £20. I said I had a molar tooth where the composite had worn away and needed renewing and the dentist confirmed - there was no decay and it was one surface of the tooth - occlusal and I was told this would cost £80 this was due to new pricing fixed by the government (the price would be the same if I had needed an injection, my tooth had been decayed and if the filling covered several surfaces and needed built up using clamps ie a more time-consuming procedure) I was also offered a scale and polish for £80 which I declined. My oral health is pretty good and as there is very little plaque my dentist at home would normally do this in with the price of a filling. The filling I had was what I would expect done in the UK - the previous composite was removed and re-etched then a new composite inserted using ultraviolet light to set the filling. Quick and painless. I asked to have my X-ray emailed to me which they did straight away and Heidi brought us back to the hotel and was even kind enough to drop us off at a pharmacy on the way back. I would definitely use this practice again. Clean and efficient and most of all informative every step of the way.

We are delighted with the professionalism, counsel we received and indeed our treatments which were efficient and caring. Cost wise we were very satisfied.
