The first my whole experience with plastic surgery easily exceeded my expectations. Very soon after I started looking for a doctor in Vietnam (because at the moment I live here) I realized that it is not going to be easy. I visited a few clinics before Dr Nguyen contacted me back. The issue that I had with the clinics around here is that there are no reviews on their doctors which usually easily could be found online. So, you have to rely just on the score of that particular clinic. The consultations with the doctors in the clinics did not inspire my confidence as well. When Dr Nguyen contacted me back I was very happy. However, after my first visit to his clinic, I wasn’t so sure anymore and remained a bit sceptical. It’s just different from the standards that you might expect. I found it rather like a home asian office clinic. The consultation with the doctor itself went very well. He and his colleague took their time and explained to me everything I wanted to know about the surgery. Plus because of such good reviews from other people on his surgical performances, I decided to go for it. The operation was made in a real Vietnamese hospital. Positive experience. One member of the doctor's staff stayed the whole night with me. She was very helpful and very kind. The operation went very well and I got the stunning results afterwards. He performed the breast lift and reduction. Being a plastic surgeon takes an artistic quality to perform the surgery in his way. I like how the doctor Nguyen sees the beauty. Comparing it with other results I prefer his work. I didn’t have any complications after the operation and followed all his recommendations. He and his staff are very kind and good people. Doctor Nguyen is always available on WhatsApp which is great!

I have wanted a “nose job” for as long as I can remember as I’ve always felt my nose was too big for my face. After a lot of research, I came across Mr El-Gawad. I had previously been to most of the big-name companies and felt like I was on a conveyor belt of patients and my individual story Wasn’t considered- I even felt pressured to book on the same day! However, when I met Mr El-Gawad, he immediately put me at ease. He did not rush the consultation and did not push me to book surgery. He took his time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions- no matter how silly. He also noted that I had a deviated septum and would need a cartilage graft to help with breathing- no other surgeon I had visited mentioned nose functioning in the consultations, and instead had solely focussed on the Aesthetic result. He even took pictures of my nose from all angles and asked me to draw my desired shape over the top to see that we were both on the same page. He was realistic with explaining the expected result & the possible downsides to the surgery. He also really focuses on a natural enhancement- which still suits your face as an individual and not a churned out factory nose, like many other surgeons seem to offer. His bedside manner was lovely, and he really is such a kind and caring man. I left my consultation feeling positive and I was sure this was the surgeon for me. On the day of surgery, I was extremely nervous, once I had seen Mr El Gawad, again he immediately put me at ease, a true professional, but with a good sense of humour which lightened the mood before theatre! The nursing and theatre staff at Aset Hospital were all very kind and professional- the care I received was of high quality and I cannot fault anything. Following my procedure, Mr El-Gawad checked up on me via phone every couple of days to make sure I was recovering well. I also received flowers from him, which was a lovely touch. His aftercare has been amazing, and the results speak for themselves. I am absolutely in love with my nose, I feel Mr El-Gawad has given me so much confidence and the nose I’ve always wanted! Everyone has complimented me, saying how natural it looks & that I still look like me. The results are beyond what I was expecting and I really cannot thank Mr El-Gawad enough for what he has done for me. I’m looking forward to seeing him at my 6-week check-up. I had both a blepharoplasty and a mid-facelift with Dr. Didem Şahin, and the experience was excellent. The blepharoplasty healed quite quickly—I was able to get back to my normal routine soon after. The mid-facelift took a bit more time, around 3 to 4 weeks before I could return to regular activities, but it was worth it. Dr. Şahin was kind, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout. She explained everything clearly and continued to follow up with me regularly, even after I went back home. The results are natural and refreshing. I feel like the best version of myself. I came to an initial consultation with a surgeon at the clinic regarding an otoplasty revision procedure. The surgeon said that she did not have the experience required for the type of surgery that I required and recommended an alternative clinic. The surgeon's frankness and honesty are praiseworthy.
