Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

I recently visited Dr. Yesim Makzume for some cosmetic treatments. I must say, I was impressed. First of all, the clinic is modern and welcoming; thr staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole process was really comfortable. As for the treatments themselves, I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Yesim Makzume is incredibly skilled and takes the time to fully explain each procedure. She is very meticulous and her hand light as feather; the injections were virtually painless, and none left bruises or marks of any kind. I could already see a difference within a few days. I feel I have a radiant and smooth skin with a youthful appearance without looking fake or overdone. I would highly recommend dr. Yesim Makzume to anyone looking for cosmetic treatments. I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I have always been really, really nerveous going to the dentists. But havin spoken with Dr Laura on the phone and via email, regarding the implants I needed, plus lazer whiteing done at the same time. After a number of aborted trips due circumstances beyond my control. I got there Dr laura's very caring approach and advice, about the treatment I needed to have done, was outstanding. I could not even feel the injection to numb up my mouth being applied in fact by day 5 I didn't even have my gums numbed up a testiment to how caring the clinic is. Additionally the examination and x-rays showed I need a number of filling being replaced to inaddtion to the implant location on the left side of my mouth having an infection in the bone which Dr Laura showed my on the x-rays and what the process would be to correct them. So over 5 days I had two implants place as due to one of my front teeth growing at an angle there was not room to get two implants in the gap, but Dr Laura overcame that with one implant topped to a wide crown that looks like 2 teeth. While the other implant base needed to have a bone graft done on the base, together 8 fillings replaced with more natural white cement plus the lazer teeth whitening being done. Now I feel more confident in myself being able to smile more often. All the treatment I had was excellent value. In fact I have already recommend Dr Laura to one of my South Africian friends in the UK, who is also nerveous about going to a dentists. In early January 2025 I will be returning for part 2 of my treatment as I will need to have the implant on the left hand side of my mouth checked to, ensure the bone graft have bonded in satisfactorial and have the last two filling done behind the implant on the left had side, plus potentially having a full gum restoration carroied out too. I was amazed by the attention to detail of the clinic in its appearance being very modern with the latest equipment, drills that gently hum as they are water cooled, to deaden the sound, most of all every piece of dental equipment that goes on to the treatment table is in it's own sterlised wrapper. So once again thank you very much for all your care and attention, from yourself and your team. Dr Laura.
