I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir and the team at Koru Private Hospital. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

My Wife attended 2 weeks ago to have several small moles removed from her face and neck. She was dealt with by an "absolute gentleman" her words, who reassured her throughout and was so helpful in answering any questions and offering advice. Her face and neck are 99% healed now with a small amount of reddening on the 1 hence my delayed review. I would not hesitate in recommending this place, so helpful, polite and obliging. 5 stars off us *****.

Pleased with the quick booking and treatment with help and care. Had a mole removed and the procedure was very good. The doctor was very good and his assistant also. The clinic was chosen as good reviews and close location.

I have used Laura for multiple treatments over the course of the last 3 years or so. She is absolutely amazing at what she does, makes you feel comfortable, and explains all the treatments so you know what you're getting. Such a true professional in her work, with very reasonable pricing for work in Cambridge. I would recommend a visit to see her over anyone.

I have had a troublesome wart on my finger, that I had tried almost everything to get rid of. Literally had it for years! Then I was recommended to come here and after a couple of treatments it’s gone!!!! Hallelujah! Booked other treatments as the staff make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend this place. Had an appointment and a consultation. Spoke to a very helpful member of staff. I was given very good advice. On this occasion the type of treatment I needed was not possible without my doctor's consent. I was very grateful for the level of professional guidance and, in my case, the consideration for my health over a procedure that might not have been in my best interests.

I've spent almost a decade of my life letting Dr. Arques take care of and examine my skin, helping restore health to my complexion. I've undergone this package and other treatments, and I'm amazed at the transformation my sister has experienced – her skin is wrinkle-free and spotless, like a mirror; she looks 20 years younger. I was coming into town and they were able to accommodate my last minute request!!

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.

I brought my daughter to Dympna with a recurring skin tag that we were unable to get rid of through other treatments. Dympna was so mindful of my daughters nerves and reassured her by explaining everything directly to her, checking that she understood what was going on at all times and was OK. As a mother, entrusting your child's care to somebody else is not always easy, but I felt completely at ease with Dympna and her professional manner. I am happy to say, the process was a complete success, no sign of regrowth or scars. I recommend anybody who has a query about anything skin related- to get in touch with her, you will be looked after very well.
