I had an excellent experience. A facial cyst, present for eight to nine months, was successfully treated. The procedure, performed by Paula, was virtually painless. However, I do have a high pain tolerance. Although three sessions were anticipated, the cyst resolved after a single treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will return for treatment of another cyst. The procedure minimized scarring, a critical factor given the facial location. The overall experience was exceptional, and I will exclusively utilize this dermatologist's services in the future. Pricing was reasonable; however, the significant improvement in my confidence, facilitated by Paula, is invaluable.

I brought my daughter to Dympna with a recurring skin tag that we were unable to get rid of through other treatments. Dympna was so mindful of my daughters nerves and reassured her by explaining everything directly to her, checking that she understood what was going on at all times and was OK. As a mother, entrusting your child's care to somebody else is not always easy, but I felt completely at ease with Dympna and her professional manner. I am happy to say, the process was a complete success, no sign of regrowth or scars.
