From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized by Mehmet Emin Karagöz, who ensured every detail was taken care of – from pick-up to scheduling appointments with the doctors, addressing my concerns, and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Osman Tuğrul Güzeldir was exceptional. He was well-spoken, straightforward, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and what to expect. His professionalism and skill gave me complete confidence, and I am very happy with the results. The staff and facilities at Koru Private Hospital were equally impressive. The professionalism and care I received exceeded my expectations, making this a truly positive and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Alison has been wonderful. She helped with some stubborn Millia on my face, as well as electrolysis treatment on an area of sebaceous keratosis, which worked really well to reduce it. Highly recommend!

Lovely man on reception. My under-eye treatment didn’t hurt at all 😊 Dr. Singh was a lovely man to talk to. I felt relaxed with him—he even gave me some advice on things I asked. Definitely recommend the place to anyone. This clinic is a great place—made me feel very welcome.

Honest? Words cannot express the absolute joy of being able to be treated as a normal person. Professionalism is out of the field. Absolutely fantastic! I’ve just had my 6th session for my underarm treatment and have been left more than impressed by the results! Not only have the results been amazing but so have the staff, I felt welcomed from the get go and made to feel at ease throughout my time at the clinic and with helpful and friendly staff - it made the quality of the experience, exceptional. On arrival, the receptionist Hilary was very friendly and welcoming. Paula who did my treatment was very professional and easy to talk to and put me at ease straight away. This was my first time but l'm definitely going back. I'm also very impressed with my treatment.
