A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Never heard about SkinGP but thought I give it a try following an online recommendation. I had a consultation for an infected wart which was removed; the treatment and care given through the process was excellent.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill.
