A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I had a fantastically positive experience with Triggs and James Aesthetics on 30/01/25. Having never had any kind of beauty or aesthetics treatment before, I was a little nervous—but I shouldn’t have been. CJ was absolutely wonderful; he was so kind and patient, explaining the procedure to me every step of the way. He put me at ease straight away. The clinic is very clean and welcoming, with some funky tunes in the background. All the staff at Triggs and James go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. Treatment for Wrinkles and fillers I did and asked for the same in my home country. Unfortunately in my home country, It lasts less long than the one of Dr Munoz in Turkey. Products are qualified. You can trust her advice she will not over advice things you don’t need. Everybody compliments me after I pass by her. I found the clinic online. Want to come back just for her good work. Will write a new review when I pass again. Assistant is also so lovely and so sweet.

I regularly go to Facial Aesthetics for both Botulinum toxic type A and profhilo - I keep going because I want to have help to look fresher and younger without it ever showing that anything has been done and this is exactly what Julie does. She explains everything very carefully and takes great care and attention - I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a similar service.
