A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

I have been having treatment with Shaan for over a year now, basically over time she has remodelled my face. Sim also treated me for skin tightening, and I've had cheek fillers, lip fillers, and threads to my lower face. They give the ultimate care in their treatments, and all the girls at Aesthetics are lovely, I am so happy with the outcome of my treatments delivered by such an experienced team, thank you Shaan especially.

A follow-up visit to the lovely Julie Scott today to review the effects of a NeoGen procedure. All questions were answered with plenty of quality time to discuss things in full. Always a pleasure to know I’m in safe hands.

My appointment was to remove the skin tag on the eyelid which was done very quickly along with a couple of others I didn't even realise were there. Also had some sun damage removed from my face and whiteheads which was a real bonus. All treatments were explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and at ease in pleasant surroundings and appreciated the advice given to me on skincare. Very good value for money. Strongly recommend.

I had Polynucleotides and NCTF at Dr Raquel's clinic in Kings Hill. I had the treatments done under my eyes as I had heavy dark circles/bags. Dr Raquel made me very comfortable and safe from the very first meeting. She is incredibly professional and made sure I had all the information I needed before going ahead with the treatment. I am over the moon with the results, my under eyes have lightened dramatically and I’m incredibly happy. I highly would recommend Dr Raquel and would definitely go back to her for other treatments! I’ve been with Dr Uka since 2012. My journey has been complicated by middle age rosacea however between us we’ve worked through all of that along with anti-ageing support of tiny fillers around the mouth and chin to eliminate the chin bobbling that comes with middle age with support of small fillers around the mouth every 3 months or so I look and feel about 40 even though I’m 62!

The receptionist was polite as well as organised. The surgeon explained clearly what he was going to do (to remove 2 moles) and the surgery was done promptly, painlessly and without any fuss. Very pleased with everything

I had 2 moles on my back which I wanted removed for cosmetic reasons. Laura was very professional and explained the procedure and the aftercare service. The consulation was about 1 hour, the actual removal was very quick. Onsite parking and easy to get to. If you are thinking of getting some moles removed, it's a simple, fast and straightforward procedure and I highly recommend LMK.

The clinic got me in quickly for digestive issues and the specialist prescribed pills that helped immediately, so I am grateful for that. I had blood and stool tests done and it took a week and a half of me pestering to get the results by email. I received no explanation from the doctor about my results, nor a treatment plan. My question about how long I should take the medicines was never answered. The lab tests were inexpensive, though, and the nurses were professional and kind to me, as were the office staff. The doctor spoke English well and seemed very knowledgeable. If I were in Bucharest longer I could have pressed for follow up appointments. So, I have mixed feelings about this clinic.

I have had a troublesome wart on my finger, that I had tried almost everything to get rid of. Literally had it for years! Then I was recommended to come here and after a couple of treatments it’s gone!!!! Hallelujah! Booked other treatments as the staff make you feel so welcome! I 100% recommend this place. I've made a surgery at the clinic. Everything was perfect. The condition of the clinic is brilliant. The doctor was super kind.

Have recently had lip filler done with Simone and she has been fantastic; she listened to what I wanted to achieve & the results were perfect - achieving a really natural look. She checked in with me afterwards also to make sure everything was ok & that I was happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

I booked an appointment to have a skin tag removed and was totally delighted with the service I was given. Treatment was done and over in 10 mins to a very high standard. Should I ever require any other treatments I’ll definitely go back there. Thank you to all the lovely staff.

Would like to thank Phillip and Gitta for the fantastic job they have done for me over the last 6 months.
