Paul frequently attends the premier aesthetic conferences in the UK, Europe and USA.  He is the past President of BCAM the British College of Aesthetic Medicine retiring in 2020 after six years service. Since Paul took over as President in 2014, non-invasive cosmetic practice has mushroomed into a multi billion dollar industry which faces many ethical challenges relating to lack of regulation and training.
