At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I have had many fabulous treatments from Jules over the years. From peels, RF facials, thread vein removal, age spot removal to the latest vampire facial. She is extremely knowledgeable about the treatments and knows how to make us look and feel good about ourselves, she also doesn’t charge the Earth like some clinics do. Very professional and caring.

I had my eyebrows microbladed and lip fillers at Serene Skin & Beauty with Laura. She explained everything really well and talked me through both treatments as she did them. I felt totally relaxed with both treatments, and the results were fantastic. I will 100% be going back when I need more treatments or top-ups.

Very impressed with the initial consultation from Dr Prashant Murughar. Was advised the treatment that I wanted. He was honest with the pros and cons and other treatments that could be an option. He explained how issues could be resolved. Very little discomfort and no bruising. I had a follow up message the next day and returned two weeks later to check on results and see if extra was needed. I will definitely be returning.

June 2023. I am so happy I decided to have a full tummy tuck and my eyelids done. Three months on I am starting to see real results. Many people have commented on how healthy I look, fresh-faced, younger, which is a real compliment at the age of 62. Jackie will answer all of your questions and is a huge support throughout the process. She will hold your hand if needs be. The doctor is very professional and will tell you exactly what needs doing or not. He knows what he is doing and it shows. This clinic came highly recommended by a friend and I have since recommended it to others. I cannot praise their professionalism and care (before and especially afterwards) highly enough. If you are looking for an excellent cosmetic surgeon you have just found them.

Dr Benitez was charming and professional and clearly set out a course of treatment for spider veins in the ankle area. Her premises are impressive at Hospital Sanitarios and she speaks good English. I was reassured by her knowledge and the information she gave me about why tests were necessary before proceeding. I am now considering my options in terms of the best time of year to have treatment, the cost and other factors. The consultation was free and I left with a clear idea of the way forward.
