We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. I had 2 cysts removed from my scalp by Dr Prashant and the team at Reforme. I originally chose this clinic because of the positive reviews that I read about it from various websites and I can honestly say I wasn't disappointed with my own experience. The clinic itself was very clean and modern which was very reassuring as I had never had any sort of procedure outside of the NHS before. The treatment involved an initial consultation/assessment followed by the removal procedure and finally a checkup after. The treatment was a complete success with Dr Prashant explaining what was happening throughout. All of the staff were polite and very professional throughout the process.
I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌

Had a very unsightly facial mole removed on Wednesday at Wimborne clinic. The procedure was done by Dr Jai and the procedure was explained and carried out without any pain. I would recommend this clinic. I took the plaster off after 48 hours and the scar is very small. Again, no pain or bruising.
It was a nice experience and went by much faster than I was expecting. I'm glad to have the procedure done and this clinic was reliable and put a lot of care into preventing any complications.

To be honest, I was sceptical I would hear back from anyone, but his staff contacted me that evening, and when I spoke to them over the phone, they were incredibly professional and helpful and booked me an appointment the following day. The same was true of my actual visit. Dr. Dzepina himself was welcoming, clear, and very direct. I appreciated his help and insight, and so far his recommended treatment is going well.
