The consultation was thorough, informative and all aspects of treatments and costs fully discussed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The first appointment, so no treatment yet, was very thorough and explained exactly what I needed as there’s a lot of work to be done. Have a treatment plan that will be carried out over around 6 months, seems reasonable as I’m private and not NHS and a lot to be done. Professional, courteous and nice staff.

I have a built-in fear of dentists, from my younger years as a child. I had to go due to toothache! Aatif was great put me at ease and explained all my options. I did go for the extraction option. Aatif took the time to ensure I would feel no pain and tested the area before carrying out the procedure. Aatif showed real empathy with my situation and I thank him so much for his help and understanding.

I had implants fitted for my top teeth. All was good right from the start. I was told exactly what was going on and the staff were always helpful and patient. I would recommend implants to anyone who has dentures, it's just great being able to have a meal or talk without wondering how long you can keep your dentures from escaping. It seems like an expensive job to have done but when you look at all the preparation and staff involved it's worth every penny.

I had a genuine fear of dentist and only went if I had a problem. I went to see Dr Masood and everything changed. Very friendly and professional at all times.
