Visited the dentist today, had an excellent experience! Dr Shetye and Nurse Rukhsar were very proficient, professional, kind and caring! Pain-free seamless experience! Reception staff very pleasant and welcoming, all working very hard in these trying times. All COVID safety measures implemented. I felt very safe and reassured! I haven't been for a few years due to covid. But when I did go they were always kind and very efficient. I did like going to the dentist was always pleasant and thorough. I had a scale and polish last time I went. I asked not to have it done as it was quite uncomfortable but when he did I managed to get through it. I chose this dental practice as it was closer to home and it was recommended to me by family. I was impressed when I went how clean it was.

I would never go anywhere else! Jag, Izzy, and Kerry are the best dental team I have ever come across. I count myself extremely lucky to be their patient. I've been a patient for well over 10 years and have always received the very best treatment possible. Kerry (receptionist) is friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. Izzy (dental nurse) is lovely, caring, and very reassuring. Jag (dentist) is brilliant! Can't think of any other words to describe him. My appointment today was to have a wisdom tooth removed - I was pretty apprehensive but the whole team put me at my ease, explained everything thoroughly and completed the treatment in just a few minutes. I was given excellent after-care advice too. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, the team have to wear PPE over and above their normal level of protection. Jag sported a snazzy hood completely covering his head and looked like a very dashing spaceman!
