Very impressive! Staff Young lady Hamna was forthright yet professional & the Gentlest I have ever known!.I have a Chronic infection so Prescribed X2 💊. Plainly very knowledgeable The Receptionist was helpful also. Not been the Dentist for Decades so I was quite Anxious. She Took several X-rays in preparation for future treatment.
I had such a fantastic experience at Apple Dental in Newry. Joanne was absolutely brilliant from start to finish while doing my filling. She was professional, gentle, reassuring and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire appointment. The treatment was quick, painless and done to such a high standard. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The whole team were friendly and welcoming too. I’ve had reason to visit Yew Tree Dental Practice many times over the last number of years and for various treatments (crowns, fillings, extractions and dentures). As a “terrified” patient, it’s an experience I would normally dread but on each occasion, I have left the appointment in awe of how reasonably calm I’ve been and how much at ease I’ve been made thanks to the reassuring and caring way I’ve been dealt with, not to mention the wonderful dental treatment I’ve had. In particular, I’ve been lucky enough to have been under Michelle’s care. It’s not everyday you come across a professional who is outstanding in every aspect, i.e. excellent at their job, truly caring in their approach, efficient yet calm and understanding and certainly not out to rip you off. The nursing and administrative staff are equally excellent. I cannot rate the practice highly enough and I would certainly highly recommend their service as truly 5*.
I have been a patient at this clinic for 14 years. The treatment has always been excellent! I have experienced fillings, root canal, crowns, and extraction and I have also had an implant which has been very successful. All the staff are very pleasant and caring. I can highly recommend this practice to anyone.
