After many many visits to my NHS dental surgery in Neath to have a set of dentures that did not move around when eating my food I contacted Simon at Threeways dental Laboratory in Talbot Green. I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.
I was really cared for by the Dentist and the staff. I had leg injuries and have problems with mobility, I was made to feel very safe and cared for. This is my new Dentist now! Very happy with everyone and their care at Glynneath.

I cannot find fault in any way whatsoever. The staff are so very pleasant and kind. Every treatment is fully explained, always try to fit me in in an emergency. Have been with them from the start, still very happy with my treatment, with young, enthusiastic staff. I have regular check-ups, two extractions, and lots of advice.
I recently underwent implant procedures by Dr Nigel Jones, and while there were some initial challenges with the fit, I couldn’t be happier with the result.
