After receiving a treatment plan by WhatsApp I arranged an online chat with one of the clinic doctors. This was very informative about the materials used and the proposed procedures to be carried out. Quotes were obtained but no pushy sales talk.

It was indeed a great experience, being my first time in Albania, Staff were welcoming and cheerful that relaxed me and I was made comfortable.

I did tooth extraction, cleaning, filling and whitening all in one day. Their service was top-notch.

After consulting with four other dental clinics in Tirana and feeling disappointed, I google and came across some reviews about SanArt so I scheduled a consultation and my decision to go with them was undoubtful.

At SanArt, I felt cared for holistically and in the long term. They are incredible at listening and explaining options and differences to someone without any medical knowledge. They take pride in their professional reputation and place it before quick time or monetary gains.

My treatment with SanArt includes 4 refills, 2 minor fills, clear liners and two implants. I will go back in 4 months to finish everything. Everything was painless, as agreed upon and well explained. I have been telling family and friends about this clinic because they care about their clients' needs, and they do an incredibly professional job.

What a fantastic experience!
It is hard to believe in such a short time, virtually two days, the amount of work Doctor Ismail has done on my teeth: 6 implants,5 extractions, numerous root fillings, provisional teeth, and a lot of other things as well.

The great thing about it, there was no pain, bruising, or swelling. Everything was so easy.
The studio was comfortable and immaculate. The assistants were kind, gentle, and friendly. Even the transport and accommodation were perfect. Another important thing is the very honest prices.

It was such a pleasure to meet really professional people who are passionate and very serious about their work.
