I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I did a lot of comparison shopping in an effort to find a cure for the long-lasting dental issues I had. I looked for affordable dental clinics in Europe, and to my surprise Vedra clinic was at the top of the list of the best dental clinics in Bulgaria. I'm a live testament to that, and I'll use it in this review. I had a mouth full of problems, such as exposed roots, worn crowns, gum disease, and tooth decay. I first sent pictures and x-rays, and I received a treatment plan and price. It took me two trips and extensive endodontic work on my teeth to have 26 teeth capped. Thanks to the dentist, who has a well-rounded experience I was able to leave Bulgaria with a big white smile! Kudos Vedra, you rock!
I had five implants done by Dr Jean Paul. He is professional, courteous, and even when very busy and has a good sense of humor. His staff is also very helpful and attentive. I also have my teeth cleaned every six months and Francesca is very friendly and good at her job. I would recommend Dr Jean Paul and his clinic for all your dental needs.
