A great clinic with lovely people who put you right at ease. Clean, friendly and professional. They went through the procedures with me and even after X-rays meant I had to change what I was going to have done. They were helpful and thoughtful and asked me what I wanted to do. I had extractions, which I found painful in the U.K. but a tooth, a broken tooth and a wisdom tooth were all fairly pain-free and other work completely painless. No rush, no pain, a professional job and equally important a friendly and warm manner that left me less worried than with other dentists. (They also helped me look up tram times for my plane home!) Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I had dental treatment at H-dent. We found the staff to be always courteous and attentive. Our treatment plans included extractions, fillings and crowns. We are delighted with the professionalism, counsel we received and indeed our treatments which were efficient and caring. Cost wise we were very satisfied. The clinic is very conscious of making the overall treatment cost attractive. Despite the fact that our work scope changed while there due to their counsel. Highly recommended!

During the covid pandemic I didn’t see a dentist for nearly 3 years, my teeth was in a right mess. When UK dentists did finally open, they didn’t want to take on nhs patients so April 2022 a colleague of mine was in Croatia he suggested I come over and see someone. I googled dentists in Zagreb, Bdent was the first one I liked the look of, read reviews etc. I booked an appointment for an examination and arrived. On the appointment day was very impressed with the clinic, had x ray and then advised I needed couple of extractions, wisdom teeth extracted, root canals, existing fillings replaced with white fillings, an implant on bottom jaw and full top jaw with zirconium teeth (my choice) They booked me in within a couple of days, I had the top man (surgeon) to carry out extractions and the work for the implant I was advised to leave for three months for gums to heal before the work can be carried out. Firstly like to thank Tony for meeting me at the airport and arranging accommodation and picking me up each day and taking me to the surgery. And a really big thank you to Jelena who performed the dental work and Nancica dental nurse. They are really gentle, they put your mind at ease. Jelena really takes pride in her work. Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

I started my treatment for implants and zirconium veneered crowns in may and will return soon to finish the second part of my treatment. The service that was provided was first class from the time I was picked up at the airport. This is a dentist that really cares about what makes you happy and listens to your fears and concerns. I was made to feel welcome and put at ease straight away as soon as I walked through the door. The cleanliness and hygiene of the surgeries are amazing. The staff are very warm and welcoming. I felt no pain during surgery whatsoever and was informed what was happening every step of the way. The surgeon himself is a lovely man and is very kind and caring and makes you feel your in the safest of hands from start to finish. The cost was absolutely amazing value which really does make it affordable to the Average working class person from the UK. I cant wait to go back to finish my treatment to see the end result. The dental technician at this clinic is very professional and she did an amazing job on my dental cleaning procedure and was a great help for my tooth filling the following day with her attention to detail and Spanish-to-English translation services and skills.
