I recently travelled from the U.K. to Turkey to have some urgent dental work done.
From the moment I started communicating with Marmarismile by email I felt confident in their services. I organised a two-week stay so that there would be no pressure to receive the treatment hurriedly.
They sent a car around to my hotel to collect me the day after I arrived.
I walked into the cleanest and modern dental surgery I’ve ever seen.
At my own dentist in the U.K., I had received hours of root canal work just before the lockdown so urgently needed a crown as the temporary filling, which was only meant to last a week, was falling apart. I also needed to replace another crown, have a small filling and get my teeth cleaned and whitened.
The main dentist Dr Mustafa, with the help of the great receptionist, Ruken, organised my appointments with great care and attention.
They were always so helpful and amenable I had absolutely no problem with having to wait twenty minutes here and there during my treatment.
It is the only dentist where I have been offered tea and coffee mid-treatment and the airy open plan reception area is full of beautiful plants and artwork, a flat-screen showing pop music and a play area for children.
As for the work done on my teeth I couldn’t be more pleased and amazed by the quality of my new Zirconium crowns. They just feel like they have always been there but better. Obviously the price is very competitive to what the U.K. dentists charge, I think that withdrawing British pounds is the most helpful way to pay for treatment for both parties. I withdrew Turkish lire from the cashpoint there and think I ended paying more commission.
There is no limit to how much British cash you can bring into Turkey so it’s worth bringing it to pay for dental treatment. With any luck, I will be able to return to Marmaris for a holiday and definitely any dental work I may need in the future.
I would give Marmarismile ten out of ten especially for the kind and caring service that I received.
