I can't say enough good about the care I received, first of all, I showed up with zero previous contact early one morning for a complete set of new dentures, and left a few hours before they closed with a perfect set. The staff took great care to do an excellent job, the best I've ever had. The dentist knew exactly what to do, and took pride in his work, also the gentleman who did the actual fabrication of the end product. I'm so glad I went there as it saved me $2K on a complete set in the U.S. with awesome end results. Parking near the Border was cheap and a long walk to the crossing, closest parking there is though. Pay them a visit and enjoy the fine results. Given a 2 year guarantee against breakage too. I imagine you'll be more organised than I by making an appointment beforehand. The gentleman Hector made every accommodation to make my time a breeze.

I chose Dr. Urzola’s clinic to do my long-needed dental work (full upper implants) due to online reviews as well as the fact that he called me on a Sunday after I put in an online inquiry regarding my needed dental work. The clinic is clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. His staff is friendly and he and Cristina made it a very welcoming experience. I saved at least $30k having this procedure done at Dr. Urzola’s, not to mention the time which would have been wasted if it had been done in the US. Lifetime guarantee of work. We love Costa Rica! Gabriel Fallas communication skills were extremely precise; he was thoughtful and considerate of myself (the patient) and my fiancé. We were escorted from the plane through customs and to our hotel, Gabriel had everything set up promptly. Our experience in Costa Rica was great! Gabriel arranged transportation to all of the appointments; he was even available for non-appointment related excursions as a translator as well as alternate transportation. Gabriel remained humble and patient throughout the entire process. The physician was phenomenal; He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the procedure. He checked for allergies and comorbidities prior to traveling, that would interfere with anesthesia and treatment. The physician explained the post-op care and Gabriel reviewed the diet change & post-op care with my fiancé and myself prior to our arrival back to the hotel; this by far has been quite an experience and I can't wait to return in December.

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

Seven of my family members and a few coworkers have gone to Dr Calvo for dentistry work. So while my sister was travelling to have work done that she was quoted $31,000 in the USA, I decided to go with her and have some minor work done. I was so amazed how smooth the whole process is. From the second you land at the airport and Olger picks you up, through the initial check-up by Dr Calvo and the estimate to go the work to the work being done for a fraction of the cost of US dentist. Dr Calvo and his staff are very professional, speak fluent English explains everything he can do for you and the price. While having the work done they are caring and gentle. My sisters total price was $3400 compared to the $31,000 estimate she received in the USA. She didn’t need as much as she was told by the US dentist but did receive four root canals and a bridge with six teeth, as well as a deep cleaning. All done within two visits/ two days. Surprisingly she had NO PAIN whatsoever. I just had a deep cleaning, three silver/mercury fillings I got when I was a child replaced, and a whitening treatment and paid right at $500 No pain and now I have the most shiniest teeth that I have had in years. The office is well equipped and very clean. The shopping centre is very nice and clean At the end of the shopping center is a very nice grocery store that has everything you could possibly need. So happy I finally decided to come to see for myself how wonderful Dr Calvo and Olger are. Absolutely the BEST.

My wife and I came from Oregon (Aug '23) so she could get 2 implants. We stayed in Yuma with a small dog. They picked us up at our motel (with the dog) and brought us to their office. They worked very professionally, and everything happened as we were told it would and they returned us to our motel. We will be returning for crowns this winter.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. We stayed at a hotel the office recommended. It was a lovely hotel and we received a great discount. I also received a ride to and from the clinic at no extra charge. So far I'm very pleased with my temp dentures. I go back in 4 months to finish treatment. I started the procedure for the 6 in all, full mouth implants. I received 6 implants on top and 6 implants on bottom. After they heal, I'll go back to receive my permanent teeth! I live in San Diego, the drive to Yuma was only two and a half hours. It was very well worth it! I saved over thousands & thousands of dollars! I would highly recommend going to Mexico to get my teeth done! The clinic is very clean and they have up to date equipment and very knowledgeable staff. I felt safe and comfortable in the city, hotel, and the clinic. Also the food I could eat was amazing! The soups are so good at the hotel, California comfort & suites in Los Algodones. I recommend the clinic and hotel.

I have had my teeth cleaned and some fillings done. They have taken such good care of me and my family. Everyone in the office does a great job and are very attentive to all of their clients. They all treat you like family and make you feel welcome.

I was referred to Unik Dental by my mom. She has had work done here as well as with other family members. The whole staff at Unik Dental is amazing, they're kind and helpful. We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.

My wife Michelle and I went to see Roberto for two implants for Michelle, she was a little nervous after getting the first stage done. When she went to our regular dentist and they told her everything was very good she was very happy. We would recommend Roberto and his staff to anyone. Many years ago (I wish I could remember how many but maybe 7) my husband and I saw Dr Leonardo Vasquez - crowns and bridges for both of us. We had been recommended to see him with a good friend. Absolutely brilliant work. Hoping to get down again for a check-up.

I have been here two times for dental work. Could not be more satisfied!!! 2 1/2 days. Crowns 4, root canal. Awesome experience!!! Rick was great!! Kept us informed the whole time. Would not go to anyone else!!!!

I had been wanting a tooth implant for a while and was really hesitant to go to Mexico. After much discussion with my husband, I decided to go. Much to my surprise, it was not as difficult as I thought. We were there with Dr Ramos early one morning, had a 3D x-ray done a few blocks away and confirmed that I was a candidate for the implant. It took about 40 minutes for the whole procedure. I have gone for a 2 week follow up for removal of stitches and will return in 4 months for the abutment and after that crown. Very happy so far.

Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.
