⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot thank the Chennai Plastic Surgery team and the Sainath Hospital team enough for making what I thought would be one of the most frightening experiences of my life into one that felt safe, reassuring, and even peaceful.

My deepest gratitude to Dr Karthik Ram, Dr Masha, and Dr Manveer. Dr Karthik Ram's warmth, kindness, and approachable nature were the biggest reasons I was able to overcome my fear and go ahead with the surgery. He never made me feel rushed and patiently answered every question. Along with his compassion, his surgical skill is simply exceptional. If only I could showcase the amazing work he has done! I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.

All three doctors took the time to genuinely connect with me. They made what could have been an awkward and vulnerable process, including examinations, photographs, and measurements, feel completely comfortable and dignified.

A special thank you to the wonderful nursing team: Yuvarani and Pooja from Chennai Plastic Surgery, and Sindhivi and Ramya from Sainath Hospital. What truly sets them apart is their attention to the smallest details. Anyone can follow a protocol, but these nurses consistently anticipated needs before I even voiced them. Their professionalism, care, and constant reassurance reflected immense experience and dedication.

A big thank you also to Vasumathi from the insurance help desk, who made the insurance process smooth and stress-free. Her guidance and efficiency removed a major burden during an already emotional time.

I never imagined I would say this about surgery, but the entire experience felt surprisingly calm and relaxing. It almost felt like a wellness retreat rather than a hospital stay. Every single person treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care.

I have been suffering from multiple lipoma problems over a period of 20-22 years. They were all over my body - legs, hands, stomach- growing in size and numbers. Nobody had a clear solution to the problem. Homoeopathic medication made the situation worse. I had to resort to full sleeve clothes everytime i went in public. The joy of socialisation had turned to a issue of public embarrassment.

I came across the Chennai Plastic Surgery website and expertise while scrolling through YouTube in 2021. In 2023 i had my first surgery - where my upper limb portion was catered to by the dedicated team of experts from CPS. In 2026 i have just completed my lower limb surgery of multiple lipomas.

Experience :

Dr.Karthik sir - has been god send person in my life to be fair. His clarity, ability to put my fears of surgery to ease and kind gestures gave me the courage to go forward with the surgeries.
He, along with Dr Nishar sir and Dr Abi sir, has done an exemplary job in ensuring that my body is free of all those lipomas which I have been carrying for a major portion of my life. Both surgeries were done so smoothly that I felt minimum amount of pain after the surgery process. The post-surgery care during my hospital stay was top class, and I was very much touched by sisters continous presence by my side during my night stay of the surgery day.

The post-surgery care was equally very good, including the medicines, check-up, delicate manner in which the dressing was done, and injections provided bya dedicated team of Sister Ramya
Santhiya, Yuvarani and Lena. My second surgery, which took place in January 2026, of the lower limbs, was more complicated - but the stitch cutting, wound dressing, and squeezing out the extra fluid for fastening the healing process was done with such care by the team of sisters - that is really positively affecting my healing process

In the end, I would like to extend my heartiest thanks and lifetime gratitude to CPS for giving me a new lease of life, free from embarrassment and pain

This journey has just begun, and I’ll be sharing more to raise awareness but for now, I’m simply grateful. 💙

I recently underwent surgery for Gynaecomastia. I had asymmetry (Grade 2 on one side and Grade 3 on the other). The procedure went through smoothly, and so far I've been satisfied with the results. I am still recovering so my muscles are still sore. The post-surgery procedures are done as per the convenience of the patient so repeated visits to the clinic are not required, which is a plus for patients considering consulting Dr Karthik from other states. Dr Karthik is an experienced doctor, and I highly recommend him. You'll be in safe hands with him.
