I am a 55 year old woman and had been considering a breast reduction for many years. I was a 30 FF and had not only struggled with posture, confidence and clothing - but also suffer from psoriasis. This chronic skin condition has been aggravated by tight industrial bras for decades and I wanted to let my skin breath. I was nervous of surgery but came to believe that it might really be a game-changer for me. I thought about how I would feel at 70 and decided to go for it! In my first consultation with Lisa Sacks, she suggested that I lose weight. She gave me tips on diet and something clicked. Having wrestled with my weight forever, I changed my diet and my attitude. I think that considering something as radical as surgery made me sit up and take responsibility for my health. A year later and almost 4 stone lighter, I decided that I would still like to ahead. But this time I was healthy and in control. Lisa changed my life before surgery I had vertical breast reduction at the beginning of February and am now a perfectly proportioned 34 D. I feel so much lighter and so filled with confidence and energy. I love how my clothes look and feel my shoulders rolling back with pride. I am smaller in all ways - but feel so much bigger! The big difference is my psoriasis. The skin is slowly beginning to heal, and the patches are getting noticeably smaller. I really believe this is going to work in the long term. I will never be psoriasis free, but my skin is much, much clearer and I am therefore more confident. The results of the operation have more than lived up to my expectations and it is already the best money I have ever spent. It is a huge operation (perhaps bigger than I really realised), but the results will last the rest of my life. I found the healing process good for my soul as well as my body. I had chosen to do something for myself and I enjoyed taking the time to do it properly. It can be a daunting task finding the right surgeon for your treatment. However, I can wholeheartedly endorse Chris Cartlidge who was professional and caring. He took the time to fully explain the options available to me and was happy to answer my questions in the weeks leading up to the operation. I felt confident that with his experience I would be in safe hands and I am delighted with the end result.

I visited MACS clinic for a treatment that I had been wanting since my late teens and from the moment I met the team I knew I would be in safe hands. Dr Vadodaria was very understanding and empathetic. He provided me with lots of information, so I could made an informative decision. There was no pressure at all to book anything future and it felt like more of a chat than business to him and he made me feel that my needs and welfare are his priority. On the day of surgery, I felt very calm thanks to the 2 kind nurses that held my hand during and was constantly asking If I was ok. I felt so at ease that I almost fell to sleep. The surgery was painless and went better than I could have imagined. The aftercare so far has been brilliant, I received an text the following day to check I was ok and it contained a number I could call if I needed anything at all. I did send over a message for reassurance that everything was ok and I received a call from the surgeon promptly. I would highly recommend MASCS clinic, the team are brilliant and it feels more like you are part of a family than another number/patient at a clinic/hospital. Dr Vadodaria and his team enjoy having general chat with you which made me feel like he has the time for you. Dr Vadodaria has not only changed my life with the surgery he carried out but he has also saved my life with asking me to quit smoking and I will forever be grateful to him and his team.

My surgery was to remove my breast implants. This procedure was carried out by Mr Quaba and the results have been amazing. He has given me very natural breasts and by using fat transfer they have kept both volume and shape and more in keeping with my body frame. If you are considering removing breast implants I can highly recommend this procedure carried out by Mr Quaba. Both Mr Quaba and his team are amazing and the treatment and care you get before, during and after your surgery is above and beyond.

I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

The pre-care advice that Dr. Siddiqui provided me with before the operation was thorough and I was able to have a couple of consultations to finalise the size with no pressure before the operation. I am happy with the results of the operation and have had a few follow-up appointments and am recovering well. Dr. Siddiqui has always been available at any time after my operation to answer any questions I may have on the after-care and how I am recovering. He contacted me daily in the first two weeks after my operation to make sure everything was OK and has also continued to check in on me and thoroughly assess how well I am doing. I have been very pleased with the level of service that has been provided before, during, and after the operation.

Absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend. Communication all the way. Very polite. I had fillers and treatment for wrinkles. I think for what I've had done it's good value. I feel rejuvenated and happy with my results. I chose this clinic as its close to where I live, plenty of parking at no charge and very easy to get to.

Very impressed with the initial consultation from Dr Prashant Murughar. Was advised the treatment that I wanted. He was honest with the pros and cons and other treatments that could be an option. He explained how issues could be resolved. Very little discomfort and no bruising. I had a follow up message the next day and returned two weeks later to check on results and see if extra was needed. I will definitely be returning.

I had been considering labiaplasty for a long time now but had always been put off by the cost. It was only when I started to research which clinics offered the surgery near me that I came across Oakdin Clinic and noticed how cheaply they could offer it. I am so glad I went ahead with it! In the end, I had both labiaplasty and a hoodectomy. I am currently 4 days post-surgery and despite the swelling/bruising, I have had no complications yet and am overwhelmed with my results already. I was very nervous going into the pre-operation consultation as before then I was very reluctant to undress in front of an audience. However, having done it the first time I was so much more relaxed when I returned for the surgery. Everyone that I had contact with at the clinic was lovely. Khalid was particularly helpful when I first enquired and offered me any information/advice in a timely response whenever I needed it, with always excellent customer service. Khalid and Mr Masood were particularly accommodating as despite being fully booked, I was offered a time slot prior to the usual opening hours to ensure that my surgery could be performed on the date I was originally quoted (due to work restraints). Similarly, another woman (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name!) helped to call a taxi after the surgery to ensure I made it home safely. Anne the nurse was excellent too. A lovely woman and her bedside manner were particularly welcome, she made conversation to help to take my mind off the surgery throughout and even held my hand at one point. I am so grateful that she was there to keep me relaxed. Lastly, I would like to thank Mr Masood for doing such a wonderful and professional job. I knew exactly what to expect at all stages of the surgery so nothing came as a surprise. The anaesthetic started to wear off briefly at one point but this was resolved in a matter of seconds so I could feel no pain. I was then able to return home (after a complimentary biscuit) with no issues. The only small complaints I would make are regarding timekeeping. My initial consultation was half an hour late, which I think may have contributed to my nerves and I felt as though the consultation was then briefly as a result. My surgery also overran slightly, and although I appreciate this is not something to be rushed (and I’m glad it wasn’t!), I was repeatedly interrupted by the next patient knocking on the door. Ideally, I would have liked for someone else to have been available to deal with this patient’s issues while my surgery was being performed. However, that said - I would like to thank everyone at the Oakdin Clinic for the fantastic service I received and I can’t wait to see my final results. I feel so much more confident already and would recommend the surgery to anyone that has been considering it! I would also highly recommend Oakdin and all the staff. I myself will make a return to the clinic for any surgeries I may consider in future.

As someone who has recently undergone blepharoplasty, the decision to undergo this procedure has been life-changing. After beginning to feel self-conscious about the appearance of my eyelids, I finally took the plunge and opted for blepharoplasty surgery. My journey began with a consultation with Prof. Mahajan. He took the time to understand my concerns and expectations, thoroughly explaining the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. On the day of the surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the medical team put me at ease with their professionalism and care. The procedure itself was smooth and relatively quick (just under an hour). The recovery process was exactly as I expected and I followed Prof. Mahajan’s post-operative instructions carefully. While there was some swelling and bruising initially, it subsided significantly within the first week. I was back to my normal routine within a couple of weeks, albeit with some minor precautions. The results of my blepharoplasty exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the improvement was subtle and natural-looking, which was exactly what I had hoped for. I feel more confident in my appearance and the heavy-eyed tired feeling has gone. The decision to undergo this procedure was a personal one, and I am very grateful for the expertise of my surgeon and the support of the medical team who made the whole process as easy as possible.
