Had my septorhinoplasty with 1 Cosmetic Group. Full marks for this company. Very nice experience. Surgeon, hospital, admin team they all were very helpful. My Surgeon has done a great job. I love my new nose. Previously I had my surgery booked with another medical..they kept wasting my time. Took my money and I was waiting months as they kept delaying my surgery.. took 6 months to get my money back. I was so dissapointed then I found 1cosmetic group on google and from start things were very smooth and professional. 12 weeks post op.. already almost fully recovered. My wife is getting her breast done with 1 cosmetic and she is so excited... cant wait.

After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

Could not recommend Dr.Quaba Snr enough. I had a mastopexy and small implant carried out in one surgery as only wanted to undergo one anaesthetic. I only wish I had done this years ago. My friends all say they are the most natural-looking breasts and I couldnt agree more, both in look and touch. An absolutely first-class surgeon who really understands you as a patient and understands exactly what you are looking for.

I had a small cyst removed from my forehead. It was done quickly and pain-free. Booking an appointment was easy and the clinic is beautifully clean. I felt very relaxed, my procedure was fully explained and carried out in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos! Thank you Mr. Awad & Tonic for getting me to feel like myself again!

I arranged an out-of-hours consultation due to my own work commitments and was so pleased that they worked flexible hours. I was seen by specialist nurse Debbie, who explained the procedure to me. I then got booked in for a date that was convenient for me to allow my recovery. On the date of my procedure (blepharoplasty for my hooded eyelids), I met Jenny ( nurse) and Mr El Gawad. He was very charming and professional, and both Jenny and Mr El Gawad made the whole experience very calming as I didn’t know what to expect. I found this clinic by googling the procedure in the Liverpool area. I was very pleased by how kind, professional and efficient all the staff were. It was also a very clean and well-run service. I also received a follow-up telephone call within 24 hours to ensure I was not having any problems and to give them a call if I had any concerns. I had my breast augmentation back in October with Dr Siddiqui and the process from the consultation to now has been amazing, nearly 3 months and the results are everything I wanted. Any concerns I had were easily answered and my mind was put at ease. Dr Siddiqui listened to what I wanted and decided on what was best for my body, which was achieved. Having spent years smoking my face had aged terribly and I approached Dr Oudit to ask his advice. My face lift surgery was excellent and I was then given CO2 Laser by Dr Oudit to sort out my skin. It has taken 10 years off me I keep looking in the mirror and can't believe how fresh I look. Thank you Mr Oudit you have been amazing.

Very efficient process. Quick to offer an appointment with a dermatologist Dr Aldridge who was able to assist me with my health complaint. He was polite, informative and efficient. The hospital itself is a lovely building and a very welcoming experience. Would recommend

After a family recommendation to Dr Mahajan for eyelid surgery this year, I finally booked an appointment after much deliberation and had the procedure. I am more than happy with the results, which have made such an improvement to both the look and vision of my eyes.
