Had my septorhinoplasty with 1 Cosmetic Group. Full marks for this company. Very nice experience. Surgeon, hospital, admin team they all were very helpful. My Surgeon has done a great job. I love my new nose. Previously I had my surgery booked with another medical..they kept wasting my time. Took my money and I was waiting months as they kept delaying my surgery.. took 6 months to get my money back. I was so dissapointed then I found 1cosmetic group on google and from start things were very smooth and professional. 12 weeks post op.. already almost fully recovered. My wife is getting her breast done with 1 cosmetic and she is so excited... cant wait.

I had upper eyelid surgery to address drooping eyelids. I am very pleased with the outcome. Mr Harley is an excellent surgeon and his PA, Jennie is very helpful.

Breast reduction surgery- from the start I felt I was in professional hands, Dr. Omar Quaba explained everything in detail, I felt listened and despite Covid they did everything in their power to schedule my surgery without a long delay. I visited MACS clinic for a treatment that I had been wanting since my late teens and from the moment I met the team I knew I would be in safe hands. Dr Vadodaria was very understanding and empathetic. He provided me with lots of information, so I could made an informative decision. There was no pressure at all to book anything future and it felt like more of a chat than business to him and he made me feel that my needs and welfare are his priority. On the day of surgery, I felt very calm thanks to the 2 kind nurses that held my hand during and was constantly asking If I was ok. I felt so at ease that I almost fell to sleep. The surgery was painless and went better than I could have imagined. The aftercare so far has been brilliant, I received an text the following day to check I was ok and it contained a number I could call if I needed anything at all. I did send over a message for reassurance that everything was ok and I received a call from the surgeon promptly. I would highly recommend MASCS clinic, the team are brilliant and it feels more like you are part of a family than another number/patient at a clinic/hospital. Dr Vadodaria and his team enjoy having general chat with you which made me feel like he has the time for you. Dr Vadodaria has not only changed my life with the surgery he carried out but he has also saved my life with asking me to quit smoking and I will forever be grateful to him and his team.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I am very happy with my decision and with the result so far.

Had a mole removal, sent a photo across for a quote, was booked in the following week, the doctor and staff where friendly and knowledgeable, went through all my concerns and options with possible risks. Had a follow up phone call the week after to see how I was. Excellent service, highly recommend!

After weeks of researching treatments and reading reviews on various dermatologists, surgeons, and clinics, I decided that Reforme Medical and Dr. Prashant were the right choice for me. I was still battling my own anxiety, nerves, and a bit of foolish pride on the way there that morning—right up to the reception desk. However, the setup at the clinic is very discreet, which is perfect if privacy is important to you. The way they organize appointments means you're not waiting long in the reception area, and while you’re there, it’s just you, the receptionist, and occasionally other staff passing through. Everyone is welcoming, chatty, and although professional, the atmosphere is warm and friendly. As for Dr. Prashant—wow. All my anxieties were dispelled within just a couple of minutes of stepping into his treatment room and sitting down with him. He gave a great introduction, explained my treatment options clearly, and set sensible expectations, which made me feel even more at ease. Now, after several months and treatments, I can’t help but feel a little vexed with myself for waiting so long to get them. Thank you, Dr. Prashant, for everything you did for me. I’m truly grateful.

Very efficient process. Quick to offer an appointment with a dermatologist Dr Aldridge who was able to assist me with my health complaint. He was polite, informative and efficient. The hospital itself is a lovely building and a very welcoming experience. Would recommend

After many years of feeling insecure and self-conscious about my appearance due to having small breasts, I am now feeling confident and do not have to think about what I can/cannot wear. Professor Mahajan was recommended by a close friend who had previously undergone surgery at The Yorkshire Clinic. Although at first, I was feeling very anxious and apprehensive, I was soon made to feel at ease and comfortable. At my first consultation, Professor Mahajan was very informative and reassuring of which method/implant size would be best for me. Within 3 months I had my first consultation, the procedure carried out and my 2-week review. I am blown away by the minimal scaring and how tucked away they are! I am over the moon with the results and wish I had done it much sooner! I can’t wait to see how they settle over the coming months. I cannot thank Professor Mahajan enough and feel sad that the experience is over 😊
