I had a Macs facelift under local anaesthesia and light sedation nearly 6 weeks ago and I am over the moon with the results. This was a treat for my 60th birthday and it has completely removed my jowels and lifted my face - looking younger but still very natural. Very skilfully done - thankyou. I would definitely recommend Dr Rehman. She carried out a FaceTime consultation first (at my request) followed up with an in person consultation. (One company I had contacted agreed to carry out my facelift after I sent 3 photographs and had a telephone consultation only.). My only regret was that I didn't get my eyes done at the same time.

I arranged an out-of-hours consultation due to my own work commitments and was so pleased that they worked flexible hours. I was seen by specialist nurse Debbie, who explained the procedure to me. I then got booked in for a date that was convenient for me to allow my recovery. On the date of my procedure (blepharoplasty for my hooded eyelids), I met Jenny ( nurse) and Mr El Gawad. He was very charming and professional, and both Jenny and Mr El Gawad made the whole experience very calming as I didn’t know what to expect. I found this clinic by googling the procedure in the Liverpool area. I was very pleased by how kind, professional and efficient all the staff were. It was also a very clean and well-run service. I also received a follow-up telephone call within 24 hours to ensure I was not having any problems and to give them a call if I had any concerns. Very efficient process. Quick to offer an appointment with a dermatologist Dr Aldridge who was able to assist me with my health complaint. He was polite, informative and efficient. The hospital itself is a lovely building and a very welcoming experience. Would recommend

My whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Professor Mahajan was professional, talking through the treatment options, explaining the pros and cons. Talked me through the procedure during the initial consultation. He made sure that I was having the procedure for the right reasons. Booking the procedure was easy, and the operation took place just a few weeks later. The operation itself was completed in theatre under local anaesthetic. I was worried about the injections, however, I was given constant reassurance and everything was explained as we went along. There was music playing in the background the whole time, and the atmosphere was relaxed and good-humoured. I was able to ask questions and could even look at what was going to happen. I was relaxed the whole time, and the whole procedure was painless. Once the operation was completed, I was given aftercare advice and follow up appointments. I was provided with contact numbers if I had any questions or any issues, which I didn't The healing process went well, and I had no pain in my face. I was back to work within a week I am now three months in, and I have to say the results are fantastic. The scarring is minimal and cannot be seen as it is well hidden under the hairline I cannot praise Professor Mahajan and his nurses enough
