If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. Having spent years smoking my face had aged terribly and I approached Dr Oudit to ask his advice. My face lift surgery was excellent and I was then given CO2 Laser by Dr Oudit to sort out my skin. As someone who has recently undergone blepharoplasty, the decision to undergo this procedure has been life-changing. After beginning to feel self-conscious about the appearance of my eyelids, I finally took the plunge and opted for blepharoplasty surgery. My journey began with a consultation with Prof. Mahajan. He took the time to understand my concerns and expectations, thoroughly explaining the procedure, potential risks, and expected outcomes. On the day of the surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the medical team put me at ease with their professionalism and care. The procedure itself was smooth and relatively quick (just under an hour). The recovery process was exactly as I expected and I followed Prof. Mahajan’s post-operative instructions carefully. While there was some swelling and bruising initially, it subsided significantly within the first week. I was back to my normal routine within a couple of weeks, albeit with some minor precautions. The results of my blepharoplasty exceeded my expectations. Moreover, the improvement was subtle and natural-looking, which was exactly what I had hoped for. I feel more confident in my appearance and the heavy-eyed tired feeling has gone. The decision to undergo this procedure was a personal one, and I am very grateful for the expertise of my surgeon and the support of the medical team who made the whole process as easy as possible.
