The process of booking was easy and the lady I dealt with was professional and friendly. Everything was booked but just prior to having the treatment of removal of a growth, I found that it had fallen off on its own. This meant that the procedure was not required. My deposit was refunded with no issues and if I required this service again this is definitely the company I would use. The service I received was excellent even though I did not require the completion of the procedure. The lady I dealt with was lovely to deal with so I have no doubt that if I had continued the final result would have been as expected.

It's the personable approach that really makes the difference, from his phone call the day after surgery to check how I was doing, and also recognising that through all my bravado I was nervous in the theatre so taking the time to provide reassurance before I went under anesthetic. I am so happy with the results and finally feel like I've got the nose shape I've always wanted. Following nearly 40 years of insecurity, and anxiously avoiding pictures as I cover my side profile, this surgery has been positively life-changing for me both physically and mentally.

Have been going to Joan for years, great service and very professional. Staff are all friendly and put you at ease, their hygiene is second to none, and at this time we all have to be careful, but Joan and her team have thought of everything, feel very safe and treatments are exceptional.
