I am 6-months post-op from my full tummy tuck with liposuction for optimum contouring, and I cannot recommend Professor Mahajan enough! After three pregnancies all delivered through cesarean section, I had loose, overhanging skin and separated muscles that diet and exercise simply could not fix. The Yorkshire Clinic also took great care of me after my procedure. I would highly recommend Professor Mahajan. From start to finish, the whole process was professional, caring and efficient. I am delighted with the result; it is everything I asked for. I have had large breasts ever since my early teens, but the menopause and weight gain made them sag and feel uncomfortable. I had sore, broken skin under my breasts, and the way they hung down my body made my shoulders feel tight. Having this surgery has felt life-changing as I now feel so much more comfortable, and I only have to wear a soft, non-wired bra each day. The skin is fully healed, and I feel comfortable again.

I’d researched several surgeons, and I’m so pleased I decided to go with Professor Ajay Mahajan. His experience and professional yet friendly manner put me at ease straight away. Last month, I attended the Yorkshire Clinic for the replacement of my breast implants. I had an initial consultation with Prof Ajay Mahajan, who was very professional. We discussed the different implant options, texture and shape, their pros and cons, the associated risks of surgery and my expectations. I was given lots of information to read and advised to contact his P. A if I wished to go ahead. I did go ahead, and the service at the Yorkshire Clinic was exceptional. I stayed in 1 night, and the nurses who looked after me were lovely. They monitored me the whole time, I had plenty of pain relief, and I was made very comfortable. I am very pleased with the outcome of my procedure; they look great and feel very soft and natural, and I have no hesitation in recommending Ajay Mahajan and the Yorkshire Clinic to anyone considering breast augmentation.

The most amazing, life-changing experience I have had or ever will. This man has given an old lady their confidence back with just 6 hours of work. At consultation, I thought I just needed my skin tightening but Professor Mahajan recommended a Blepharoplasty and face and neck lift. Wow. Just wow. I couldn’t believe the difference. But it was so natural, not too tight that you can’t smile…just perfect. The operation was done under local anaesthetic and I’m not going to lie, it was a hard 6-hour operation. The nurses, Grace and Jay, were by my side throughout But it was so worth it when I saw the results. The recovery was so easy. Everything started to settle after a couple of days. Took it easy for a couple of weeks and then I was back to doing most everyday tasks. I haven’t looked back since. And I no longer hide from a camera; unfortunately, I can’t stop taking selfies. Life-Changing Experience: Positive Outcome from Breast Reduction Surgery
I recently underwent bilateral breast reduction (reduction mammaplasty) and am beyond thrilled with the results.

The procedure was performed on 20th October 2025 by Professor Mahajan at the Yorkshire Clinic and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

Before the surgery, I dealt with chronic neck and back pain, persistent shoulder grooves from bra straps, and frequent skin irritation. My goal was to relieve discomfort, improve posture, and achieve a more balanced proportion that would enhance my day-to-day comfort and confidence. The pre-op process was thorough and supportive: detailed consultations, clear explanations of the incision options, and an honest discussion about realistic outcomes and recovery expectations.

The operation was completed under general anaesthesia and lasted about 6 hours. I had a significant amount removed. I was HH cup and now C cup, totally remarkable.

I had 2 nights stay and the team ensured I was comfortable throughout. The recovery plan was well-structured, with clear instructions on wearing a compression garment, managing pain, and gradually returning to activities.

Scar lines are healing well and are cleaner than I anticipated.
The nipple-areola complex was repositioned thoughtfully, preserving sensation and natural aesthetics as much as possible. I now have more sensation than i have ever had!
Symmetry is excellent, contributing to a more balanced silhouette that complements my body shape.

The most immediate and lasting benefit has been relief from neck, back, and shoulder pain. I can stand up straighter without the constant reminder of heavy breasts.
Clothing fits more comfortably, and I no longer have to tailor outfits around a top-heavy silhouette.
Movement and exercise feel more comfortable, which has boosted my energy and confidence.

I followed the recovery plan closely, including wearing the compression garment as advised and scar-care when dressings had been removed. I have been massaging Bio oil to the area twice daily since the scars were fully healed on the outside. This definitely helped with the healing process.
Pain was manageable with the prescribed meds, typically mild to moderate in the first week and gradually diminishing.
I appreciated the ongoing follow-up appointments, where any concerns were promptly addressed.

My overall satisfaction is high, and I feel more proportionate and comfortable in my daily life. The decision to proceed with surgery has had a profound positive impact on my posture, activity level, and self-esteem.

Do not hesitate to have this procedure; it is truly life-changing. Professor Mahajan is an amazing surgeon; he is a genius. I can’t thank him enough.

Don't think, just book

I had my mummy body done with Ajay in July. I can not recommend him enough, he has given me back confidence and self-esteem like which I had lost. Due to twin pregnancy and weight gain, then loss, I was like an empty balloon. I have a flatter stomach than I have ever had; my boobs are like an 18-year-old, lol. If you are thinking of doing surgery, just book You will love it. Recovery was great, and I was back to work in 3 weeks. Pain is very minimal, which I believe is down to the great Ajay with his expertise.

Unprompted review

I underwent a mini face and brow lift with Professor Mahajan and I'm thrilled with the results. My jawline has beautiful definition, the sag in the corners of my mouth have gone, naso labial lines erased and a more open look given to the eyes around the area of my brow lift. My confidence has been boosted tremendously. I look at least 10 years younger and regularly get compliments from my friends. Amazing results delivered by a very gifted and understanding surgeon.
