The process of booking was easy and the lady I dealt with was professional and friendly. Everything was booked but just prior to having the treatment of removal of a growth, I found that it had fallen off on its own. This meant that the procedure was not required. My deposit was refunded with no issues and if I required this service again this is definitely the company I would use. The service I received was excellent even though I did not require the completion of the procedure. My first experience of the treatment I received. Wood MediSpa, South Tawton, Devon is set in beautiful grounds and a magnificent building. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel at ease. Reception staff and the nurse involved were both very friendly and welcoming. Dr Toby Nelson carried out cryotherapy. He explained in detail what would happen and checked that I understood and was happy for him to proceed.
