Very efficient process. Quick to offer an appointment with a dermatologist Dr Aldridge who was able to assist me with my health complaint. He was polite, informative and efficient. The hospital itself is a lovely building and a very welcoming experience. Would recommend
Really good attitude from the staff and the dermatologist was very kind to me and gave me his opinion about the things that i was interested to know. That was my first visit and i would recomend to some of my colleagues who have questions about their health.
Mr Hari was very punctual with his phone call. He asked easy questions to answer that made me feel very at ease. He readily answered any of my questions and soon had an explanation for my problem. He then gave me a website to look at so that I fully understood what it was all about. I was concerned beforehand how a telephone appointment would work but I need not have worried. I was more than impressed with Mr Hari - an excellent telephone manner and a lovely way of making you at ease.
We had a fantastic experience with Amir Sadri from start to finish. He was amazing with my son, and his approach made the whole process so much easier for our family. My son has autism, and the surgeon understood exactly how much or how little to say to help him feel comfortable and calm. He was always approachable and on hand for any questions or worries we had as parents. Everything ran smoothly, exactly as planned, and we were kept fully up to date at every stage. The aftercare has also been excellent, and we’ve felt truly supported throughout. Not to say the surgery he performed has been and will continue to be life-changing for our son and his confidence.
