I had an otoplasty procedure at London Harley Street Clinics and I honestly did not expect the result to be this amazing. From the very beginning, the surgeon was extremely kind, patient, and caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. The aftercare and guidance were excellent. If you carefully follow the surgeon’s advice, you will achieve the results you are hoping for. I am very happy with my outcome and grateful for the professionalism and support I received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering otoplasty.

I am 4 months post-surgery. I had a breast reduction and lift. My main reason for this was due to ongoing back and neck pain with the added bonus of having more symmetrical and perky breast that on occasion did not require a bra in a nice outfit! Due to being ~2 hours from Bristol I had my first consultation on Zoom. Miss Lisa Sacks was very friendly and approachable and asked lots of questions about my interest/ hobbies, my family and my medical history, giving advice on some areas too. Miss Sacks somehow retains all of this information and has a genuine interest in you as a person, making this experience even more personalised while maintaining professional boundaries. Miss Sacks attention to detail is incredible, down to the very tiny details. You can really tell this is truly her vocation in life, her whole approach is very holistic and endearing. I cannot fault my experience in the slightest. The ongoing care is incomparable, for the two weeks post operation you are able to contact Miss Sacks directly 24/7 with any issues or complications, from two weeks onwards you are still able to make contact but via Liana who is very quick at getting back to you and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will asked Miss Sacks on your behalf. There are multiple follow up appointments, the first needs to be face to face but the following can be via Zoom. Liana and Miss Sacks have been very accommodating with appointments and dates. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout and was put at ease by the ability to ask lots of questions and speak to previous patients which helps to relieve anxiety and made me feel more at ease. My post operative results, although it had only been 4 months are life changing! The relief on my neck/ shoulders and back are liberating but externally visible to others as it has helped correct my posture. I’m not experiencing the same tension and headaches which is relieving stress and making me feel less ‘groggy’. I have experienced a occasions ‘out out’, braless in a nice outfits which made me feel incredible and free! Not having to worry if the bra straps are hidden or if I should even purchase the garment in the first place, as previously I had to wear a bra permanently, this translates to lingerie too, I can wear items without having to worry about support or spilling out looking and feeling like strung meat. I chose Miss Sacks, as my friend and two of her family members had the same procedure with her, the first over 20 years ago. I also could not find one bad review and after my first zoom meeting I knew I could trust Miss Sacks to deliver my vision. The hospital is clean, modern and welcoming and the staff are friendly and attentive. I cannot fully express how pleasant my journey has been and continues to be, I am so thankful to Miss Sacks and her team for my experience.

Dr Vadodaria was incredibly honest and straightforward – no sales pressure, no unnecessary procedures, and absolutely no “take your money and run” attitude. I had upper blepharoplasty. My eyelids were very heavy. What a difference afterwards. Absolutely delighted. Excellent surgeon Ms Rehman, felt at ease, from consultation to surgery, then aftercare. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience prior and throughout the procedure. The nurses were amazing. June was very lovely and took care of me just before the procedure. Dr. Vivien is a talented doctor who was able to make me feel very positive from the start of the procedure and throughout the healing process. I first contacted Thornhill Clinic at the beginning of May regarding upper Blepharoplasty. I had a face-to-face appointment 4 days later. Today I had the procedure done. Absolutely delighted. Everything explained, the procedure took approximately 1 hour. Staff are very professional & friendly. Good value for money and affordable prices.

I have never really had what one would call a defined jaw line, and even in my thirties I would look in the mirror and wish my 'turkey neck' would disappear. A friend had a Midi Face lift and Upper Eyelid Surgery last year, with Professor Mahajan, I was impressed with her results so at 56 I decided I would finally do something about my appearance and I booked my consultation. Professor Mahajan was clear about the procedure, what I could expect to achieve and he answered my questions honestly. I booked my procedure the same day, I had been thinking about this for twenty years. The Professor Mahajan and staff at Evolve were professional, warm, welcoming and reassuring throughout the procedure and afterwards. I had a Midi face lift, upper eyelid surgery and liposuction on my neck area, so the procedure was 5 hours in total. There was a little pain and discomfort at times but this was soon forgotten and I would definitely do it again. Everything went according to plan and the aftercare was superb. I went back to work on day twelve, following my procedure. There was still a little swelling and some fading bruising around my eyes but nothing too much. Overall, I think the end results speak for themselves. I have a more youthful appearance, my eyes look awake and more importantly, I have the jaw line I always wanted and my 'turkey neck' has finally disappeared. Yet I feel that I still look natural. Thank you Professor Mahajan. I love my new appearance and applying makeup is now a dream!
