She gave me all the options clearly outlining every detail transparently and I didn’t feel pushed into a decision which something I encountered with other Drs. The surgery itself was seamless, and I felt supported every step of the way. Dr.Lisa transformed my concerns into confidence, achieving results that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and artistry in her work is truly commendable. Recovery was smooth, thanks to Dr. Lisa's thorough aftercare instructions and the follow-up appointments that ensured everything was healing properly. After speaking with so many different clinics and surgeons, I just hadn’t found anyone who made me feel completely comfortable and confident until I spoke with Dr Vadodaria. Honestly, within about two minutes of our conversation, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. He immediately made me feel like a patient rather than just a number, and it was so clear how much he genuinely cares about the people he treats. From the very beginning, his kindness, professionalism, and reassurance stood out. On the day of my otoplasty, both Dr Vadodaria and his team were absolutely incredible. I was naturally nervous, but they made me feel so safe, comfortable, and reassured throughout the entire procedure. The nurses were amazing holding my hand, rubbing my leg, constantly making sure I was warm and comfortable, and offering such genuine care. Dr Vadodaria spoke to me the whole way through, keeping me calm with his kindness and reassurance, which made such a difference. The aftercare has been just as exceptional. I even had questions late on a Sunday evening, and he didn’t hesitate to personally call me and talk everything through, which says so much about his dedication and the level of care he provides. I genuinely cannot recommend Dr Vadodaria highly enough. If I ever chose to have anything else done in the future, I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. After researching for clinics that carry out Adult circumcision, I chose to arrange an appointment with Thornhill Clinic. I chose to have a circumcision for hygiene and personal preference. It was easy to arrange the appointment and the receptionists were helpful in answering any questions I had before the appointment. On arriving for my appointment, the clinic is modern and clean, with polite and welcoming staff. My consultation was with Dr Khan who explained the procedure and after care as well as completing the relevant paperwork. I was then taken to a room to change into a gown before entering the surgical room. Dr Khan was assisted by a male member of staff ( I can’t remember his name) and they both made me feel at ease. Dr Khan explained about the local anaesthesia and that the injections were the most uncomfortable part ( which was very true), once the injections had been completed, it was only a 5 minute wait for it to take effect. During the procedure we had a general chat which help to settle any last minute nerves. The procedure did not take very long and Dr Khan gave me the opportunity to see the end result before applying the bandage to my penis, which I was very happy with. Since the procedure, I have not experienced any pain apart from the occasion twinge and some discomfort when experiencing an erection during the night. Overall I am very satisfied with my whole experience at Thornhill Clinic and would recommend this clinic to anyone that is considering any of the procedures that are available. It was also very good value for money, my procedure cost £750 altogether and it was money well spent.

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!
