Dr. Gabriela Aguilar - Birmingham

Highly recommend this clinic for anyone that wants a top professional result. Dr Aguilar is a true artist and perfectionist. I had a PDO thread lift and am thrilled with the results...no bruising no pain. Dr Aguilar is a lovely kind lady and makes you feel relaxed and is very confident and very experienced in her work.

Had my appointment today for cog lift. Had amazing results with Dr Gabrielle. Very warm and welcoming, and gave good advice on the right treatment to have. Looking forward to more treatments in the future.

Lip augmentation

This was my first time ever having fillers and I was so worried I was going to look like a pufferfish, especially when she said I would need 1ml. She explained everything and showed me a diagram of what she was going to do and where she was going to inject. Gabriella reshaped my lips with 1ml so I could notice but barely, I went back after 2 weeks for a review and she added another 1ml to my lips. I trusted what she was saying so I agreed. Once finished my worries were gone because they were shaped lovely and so natural looking. I am so happy with Gabriella's work.

I did 1 treatment of Aqualyx injections with Gabriela, to reduce fat from the lower part of my face. The treatment was quick and the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. The results were AMAZING. I had a big double chin (there was no separation from my chin and neck) and this got reduced in half! I will be coming back for a second treatment just because I want definition, but even just 1 treatment made such an impact in my confidence, looks and posture. The doctor and staff are friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has this insecurity. So so worth it.

I had a thread lift at this clinic a few months ago. Started off with a very in-depth consultation with Dr Aguilar, who answered my questions.

On the day of the procedure, the treatment was explained to me again.
After I had 1 side done, I looked into the mirror and saw how much of a difference there was straight away. Had the other side done and was so impressed already.

A few weeks on, the lift got better and my skin looks so much better. I will be going back as and when I need a lift again, and highly recommend this treat with Dr Aguilar.

I had facial dermal fillers. Dr. Gabriela was very relaxing and reassuring and listened to what I wanted and was very honest as to what treatment is best and what results I could expect.

The procedure wasn't painful and the results were amazing. I am so happy with the results and would thoroughly recommend Dr. Gabriela to you if you are considering a cosmetic procedure.

I had PDO threads yesterday to treat jawline. It cost £720, and am delighted with the results. Dr Aguilar is lovely and I felt very comfortable with her. She explained everything and recommended the best way to get the results I wanted. There was no attempt to encourage additional treatment or a sense of being 'sold' procedures. The treatment itself was very quick, maybe 15 minutes for 4 threads, which was much less than expected. Despite the numbing cream it was definitely uncomfortable, and actually hurt once or twice, but Dr Aguilar was very reassuring and gentle. I was concerned about bruising and the online accounts I'd read of pain afterwards, but, the day after, am pleased to say bruising is minimal, just around the injection sites. I'm not in any pain but can feel I've had 'something done' as my face is tender and feels tight. Some facial movements cause a twinge, a little like the day after having a tooth out, and chewing is uncomfortable. I haven't needed painkillers though, and could certainly have gone to work straight after. Was it worth it? Absolutely. The result is subtle but so much better. Would I recommend Dr Aguilar? Definitely.

I originally saw Gabriela for facial threading, which was very effective. Gabriela has more recently carried out the filler and treatment for wrinkles treatment (forehead), which has also been very successful.

It was very good. In fact, I would say excellent.

Had fillers done in my cheeks under eyes and more correction, I'm very happy with the results.

After two of my friends recommend Dr Gabriela, I decided to book in with her. I needed to be seen urgently as I wasn't in the city for long, and she accommodated for me that very same day. After Aqualyx treatments to remove the stubborn fat under my chin, the results were amazing!

At first, I was extremely nervous but Dr Gabriela was amazing and calmed me down, the treatment for me was virtually painless. She was very professional and thorough in explaining the stages of the treatment so nothing came as a shock to me (the swelling). The clinic is lovely and clean with a warm relaxed feeling.
