Congratulations. If you are reading this you have found the clinic which will change your life. I cannot recommend Dr Sadri and the LHCSC team highly enough. My hair loss started at 21 years of age and I felt more hopeless, unhappy and unable to go anywhere without a hat for the next 7 years. I was scared I couldn’t afford it or there would be some compromise I would have to make or that the result wouldn’t look good. My worries were all for nothing. For context, I went around 6 other clinics across London including 3 on Harley street. Almost every other clinic told me it was too late for me, I should have been taking finisteride years ago. The hairlines they said were achievable still looked very receded and frankly bad. I started to feel like my fears were justified until I met Dr Sadri. Personally, Dr Sadri is very special. He is charming, he is kind, he is reassuring. He is very trustworthy. Professionally (speaking as a clinician myself) he is extremely talented, competent and experienced. You will get a great hair transplant result. It will look better than what can be achieved on Harley Street. The clinic is more peaceful and comfortable. They will look after you like family and will continue to care for you to ensure the best possible results for as long after as you want, months in my case. I want to thank Dr Sadri, his technical nursing team Nahid, Nahid, Ariya and Parvin for their incredible work. This clinic gave me confidence again when I thought that was impossible. Rashil Patel has tended to my teeth now three times, and they have needed intensive care! Mr Patel is the only dentist I have been to who makes me feel safe. He is extremely careful, his injections pain-free, he is thoughtful, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and answers the questions in my head before I have even asked them! At every stage, he checked that I understood what exactly he was doing and the expected benefits/any potential future problem that there may be. Grateful thanks too to his practice nurse who was quietly efficient and kind and the reception staff are a delight to speak to on the phone and they are calm, and welcoming and know what they are doing without fuss. (Apologies I don't know their names or that of the practice nurse). Prices are given up-front so I knew exactly what to expect. I visited Confident Smile to discuss an implant and Alex who is extremely knowledgable recommended I considered a brace for upper and lower teeth including an extraction to straighten the lower teeth for cosmetic and preventative measures as well. I have now had this treatment and an implant in my lower jaw. I am a very nervous patient but at all times I was made to feel calm, relaxed and throughout my dental journey I was put at ease and each procedure was explained in detail prior to the work being carried out. Alex and his team were extremely professional whilst being friendly at the same time. I have now moved to this dentist permanently for check ups and hygiene visits and highly recommend them. The receptionists are also friendly and very helpful.
