Went today to have some cholesterol deposits taken out from under my eyes. Despite the pain which was explained and expected, the service was second to none. I was kept informed completely and throughout, my practitioner was warm and welcoming and an absolute professional. The clinic was well kitted out and inviting and clinically spotless. A very pleasant experience with lovely staff.

The cost of treatment was reasonable compared to quotes from numerous other clinics. The entire experience was relaxed and reassuring, with a strong focus on keeping me calm. Wendy is friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the process.

I have been coming to Dawn for many years. I lie about my age often - thanks to Dawn! It’s become an ongoing joke as I started taking 5 years off my DOB and now I take 10 years off! What I love the most is how professional Dawn is and on more than 1 occasion she has told me ‘you don’t need fillers’ or ‘ that will be too much for your lips/face’. Dawn will not take your money and will turn it away for you to look good, that’s not the case for all practitioners, unfortunately. I can not recommend Dawn enough and her new salon is a dream it’s very clinical and immaculate. I will continue rolling back the years with Dawn and recommending her, it’s our faces at the end of the day! Don’t take a risk with unrealistic offers book with a professional who cares.

The experience I have had with the sal clinic has been exemplary. I am extremely pleased with the results of the laser treatments. Honestly hand in heart could not recommend this lady highly enough I have hyper mobility Ehlers Danslo which has made the last 5 years beyond difficult . My anxiety has been sky high, self esteem rock bottom and my faith in all professionals non-existent, after years of gaslighting and let downs. I contacted Elizabeth a year before treatment as I knew I needed a lift but was terrified to go ahead with anything. Her patience, knowledge and attention to detail is beyond explanation. She’s kind, she listens and she really really delivers. I feel natural, refreshed and reinvigorated. I have scars from past domestic abuse and she skilfully removed some… I will be going back to work on the rest as soon as I have saved up.
