I have been going to Allison Jeffrey's clinic for many years for treatments and I can honestly say Allison is amazing, I am always delighted with the results and I would not trust anyone else which is why I travel across the country for my appointment. All the staff are so lovely and the clinic is pristine. If you are thinking of having treatment I would definitely recommend you book an appointment you won't be disappointed!

I look forward to my visits with Carly Pearce Aesthetics. She is a wonderful nurse who understands my skin better than I do. She puts me at ease with her knowledge and is always patient, friendly, and kind. She explains the benefits of her large range of treatments and products clearly but without any pressure. Her help and advice are invaluable. The salon is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and most of all scrupulously clean. I would recommend Carly to anyone who might be considering a little enhancement to boost their confidence or for what reason they have.

Firstly, Kerry is a wonderful person. Calm, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She explained clearly to me how she would remove the milia on my face. The procedure was very easy and quick with limited discomfort. Only 5 days later my skin is absolutely clear and the milia have disappeared. I’m amazed. Yes, you have to take care of the crusts and slight swelling after the procedure, but that is obvious. Just keep the area dry. I highly recommend Kerry and her clinic. Thank you, Kerry!

I made an appointment to meet Mr. Harley to discuss what could be done with my nose. I’ve been unhappy with the appearance of my nose for years (I had a steep bridge). Mr. Harley examined my nose and took pictures from different angles. He showed me photos of before and after work, he’s carried out on other patients in or a similar situation and started to talk about what could be done with mine. Mr. Harley understood what I wanted to be done and showed me on his computer roughly what it could look like. He was very honest and professional throughout which made me feel confident I was making the right decision. Later that day I received an email from Mr. Harleys secretory Linda with my quotation, which included a full break down of all the costs. I personally thought the price was reasonable for the type of operation I was expecting to have. As soon as I agreed to go ahead, Mr. Harley wanted to see me again Incase I had any other questions and to make sure I was 100% happy. On the morning of my operation, I checked in at reception and got shown to my room. The nurses introduced themselves and done some tests (all the nurses are extremely helpful and kind). Mr. Harley came and saw me make sure I was ok and took some more photos. After my operation I was looked after very well by everyone - nurses and healthcare assistants kept checking on me and offering me something to drink/eat. Mr. Harley saw me later that day to see how I was and explained how the operation went. After a comfortable night, it was almost time for me to go home. The nurses and Mr. Harley done some final tests and gave me some medication to take home - they explained what I should do if I had any problems and to call anytime. After a week, I had my splint and stitches removed. Mr. Harley was pleased with the result and so was I 100%! He explained it takes around a year for the nose to completely settle down which is understandable. Overall I can honestly say I am so happy with the service and care I received. All the staff are friendly, professional and always wanting to help. Mr. Harley is very professional, honest and caring - I would recommend him to anyone as he takes great pride in his work and looks after his patients.

I cannot recommend Dr Liz highly enough. I was able to have an online consultation with her regarding my peri-menopausal symptoms. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional but she listens and takes time to get to know her patients. I feel so much better with the treatment she has prescribed. I feel as though I have got my life back. Thank you, Dr Liz.

My wife's Knee Replacement appointment at the Horder Healthcare in Crowborough went very well and I was so pleased with how efficient the staff were. We were given a great consultation and great treatment all at a fair price and time was an issue so we appreciated how quickly they attended to the problem.
