I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.

My family have been with Hartley dental practice for as long as I can remember and have always been very impressed with all the practice members but today they went over and above. My husband and I both wanted urgent appointments for our teeth and as we live 40 minutes away wanted to be seen at the same time, When I first rang this was not possible so we made to separate times. Then I had a phone call to say that they had a cancellation and that they could fit us both in on the same day 40 minutes apart which we were over the moon about. Our treatments were fantastic as usual and we both would just like to say thank you very very much.

I recieved excellent treatment with Doctor Shrestha and his team of staff. My implant had fractured and it was a very tricky process in order to remove the whole implant. I felt in extremely safe hands as Doctor Shrestha talked me through the whole procedure so thoroughly. He is also such a lovely charming man and brillant at what he does. I cannot thank Raj enough, a really tricky, difficult root canal and he was incredibly gentle, I didn’t feel the needles and he explained everything step by step. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough. I totally put my trust in them. Thank you so much.
