I've been a patient of Suzanne's for some time now having extensive bridgework and root canal treatment. I've found her professional, diligent and compassionate to deal with. She is very responsive to appointment requests and puts me at ease in the chair. A lovely clinic with the most helpful staff. Unfortunately, I've had bad pain with my teeth recently but Suzanne has been great.

My appointment was with the Bangor branch. A very honest & helpful free initial consultation via Zoom, that recommended Invisalign would not be suitable for my teeth & that I should seek a referral from my dentist to see a specialist Orthodontist for treatment options.

I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.

I recently needed urgent dental care and was treated by Dr. Johnathon, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He saw me quickly, clearly explained what was happening, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire emergency procedure. His calm manner and professionalism helped ease my anxiety, and the treatment was both efficient and effective. I’m incredibly grateful for his care and highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate dentist.
