Not only do I have the best routine dental health care from the team at Dental Health Spa It’s given me a better understanding of what good dental practice should be. Incredibly kind, patient and understanding and in a safe and secure environment they make dental visits a pleasure rather than something to be terrified of. So much so that I even decided that I’d try the Zoom whitening and get my chipped and stained top front teeth tidied up with composite bonding. I have to say this dentist is one of the best dentists I have ever visited and I’m so scared of going to the dentist, but every time I visit I feel at ease. I suffer from anxiety (but honestly the dentist Dr Aileen Shum) is so lovely and genuine. She listens to you and is so kind and reassuring and would do anything to help you relax.
We moved to this practice has been at the previous one for 30 years. It was a recommendation and I have to say we have not been disappointed. The service is second to none. Friendly staff who make you feel like you are their only client. We signed up for a payment plan which is of excellent value. I have had three check-ups and three hygienist visits all have been excellently talked through and treatment explained. I felt like it was about me rather than about a business. Wonderful Practice.
This surgery is an example to all dental practices. The staff are welcoming caring and efficient. My dentist is very approachable and understanding especially as I am a nervous patient! I have had an extraction resulting in a new plate being required and also a rather deep filling. The local analgesia was efficiently administered and worked well. The premises are well-presented and calming. Would highly recommend this practice.
