The translator Sarah was such a big help - if you're nervous or unsure about anything (treatment, flights, transport you name it) she'll be there to help! Well, where do I begin? It started in June this year 2022 sort of unexpectedly. Not going to lie but I wanted my implants full work done in Izmir! Long story short I was in Marmaris and Izmir was sort of £300 pounds away. Then I turn to Selda (Saint in my eyes) who was the receptionist at the hotel I always stay in. She recommended Zirve... Best move I ever made 😁. Another Long story short!! I absolutely hate dentists and I tell them same. WOW is all I can say about my experience here, don't get me wrong it's not easy for the first couple of day's after implants. Now for the worst bit... I've never met such a lovely bunch of (butchers) dentists and assistants (can't do it without them) in my life... The personal care, treatment, needs, everything was covered no matter what it was you needed. Seriously can't wait to go back and get the finished product and meet my mates again, yes dentists lol. A big massive thanks to all of you for looking after me the way and beyond my expectations, love to all and especially smaller 😂 Thank you and see you in April xxxxx

So so pleased I found this place……. such a great & relaxing experience from start to finish! Felt so at ease with this highly professional, welcoming & friendly team. Had 21 Zirconia crowns done within a week. Thank you Dr Oguzhan, I absolutely love the results & my new smile. Ruken, the patient Coordinator was so reassuring & kept me informed for the duration of treatment. All in all, fantastic service & facilities in their new hi-tech practice. Highly recommend it & will definitely be back for more treatment!

I have just completed my treatment with Dr Urgu and Dr Ziya. I booked a family holiday at the same time in Bodrum. The Dentist practice picked me up, Dr Urgu explained the procedure very well. Practice is very modern and clean. I had 4 crowns and 5 filling replacement with white. Painless, Great value, well trained staff, cutting edge equipment.. saved a fortune! Paid for 3 hoildays. Excellent, fast and efficient dentist when I needed it unexpectedly whilst in Gocek. The clinic was spotless and the staff was attentive and helpful.

Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

I just got back from Turkey. I went to Marmaris Smiles for my new smile as I have family there and visit Turkey frequently for holidays, I was familiar with this place. I also got to know the dentist who had previously performed teeth whitening on my own teeth. I later had composite bonding in the U.K., but it stained and chipped over time, so I wanted a whiter smile. Thus, when I went on holiday this time, I already knew that I wanted 20 crowns in the whitest shade. My dentist, a caring man, listened to what I wanted and provided me with advice. He was not just out for money, as he told me I didn't need certain procedures I had considered. Therefore, I opted for 20 Zirconium crowns. The entire experience, from start to finish, was a breeze with my dentist. He made sure I never felt pain and kept me informed about the shaving process, which only took an hour and a half. Moreover, this dentist has their own lab, unlike some dentists, so my new teeth were ready in just two days. I cannot thank this dentist enough for my new smile. All the dentists speak good English, and they have an English receptionist, which is convenient. The dental clinic itself is impeccably clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I am so pleased that I chose this place for my treatment. I almost backed out, but my dentist made me feel at ease and guided me through the process. Now I am incredibly happy. I will definitely visit you guys next year for a cleaning, and I will be recommending you to others.
