My family and I have had nothing but the best treatment. The staff all go out of their way to accommodate us by fitting us in if there is an emergency and always being friendly and making us feel at home.

What can I say!? I would highly recommend this dental clinic. The service was excellent. The staff were highly professional, caring and kind. I am normally terrified of dentists but here I was told exactly how my treatment would progress. I will be recommending the clinic to family and friends.

I have had a lot of treatment, both necessary and cosmetic at the Andover Dental Concepts clinic by Drs Manish Chitnis and Aditee Shelar. They, along with Nikki the senior nurse, have been amazing! I was a very nervous patient and they allayed my fears by their skill and excellent “bedside manner” involving me at every stage of my treatment. They were also very careful to ensure that none of the procedures was painful. I felt that the treatment really justified the cost and now - I wish I had it done years ago! Thanks to all involved

The whole team at Delicate Dentistry are totally professional at what they do - efficient, friendly, always encouraging, helpful and consistently so too. Mark himself is such a gentle practioner of his profession, yet carries out procedures to the very highest of standards and his dental nurses too work to the same high standard in complete harmony with him. Having experienced 1960s UK dentistry where it was the norm to have a full gas mask stretched across my young cherub like face and much slapping of my head from a very scary dentist to wake me up from such innocuous gas it came as no surprise that I made a career out of avoiding such places once I had become an adult. But having run out of excuses as well as teeth I found myself entering a dentist for the first time in 35 years and I couldn't have found a more perfect place. From the pleasant &pre-covid smiles and reassurances of all the staff, I was made to feel quite welcome and comfortable. In hindsight, perhaps my bravity was probably no more than the courage required from the doctor to take his first look into my mouth and see the wreckage that had taken place over the course of the last 35 years. Now, having completed many dental therapies over the last 2 years involving drilling, grinding, removing and filling, capping and crowning I can honestly say that I am so happy that I found Smile Dentist. It is a joy to smile knowing that those in front of me will no longer faint in horror. I couldn't have wished for a more pleasant dental experience I especially recommend a visit from those of a nervous disposition because you will not regret it. My experience here was fantastic. I think most of us are a bit apprehensive about having treatment but Sarah puts you at ease straight away. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming made me feel totally relaxed. I cannot recommend enough lovely people, thank you to you all.

I had a cracked denture and it was repaired the day I went in. I decided to have a new denture made even though I now had repaired one. The clinic was extremely professional, spoke perfect English, and gave me confidence. The new denture was available within less than a week. They took the time to ensure it was perfectly comfortable, and it looks exactly how I wanted. Would recommend 100%

I drive a fair way to come and yesterday saw Jenny for a hygienist appointment and it was really worth the trip. She is friendly, professional, hard-working and conscientious also. My teeth look so much better after she does her magic, she is a different level to any previous ones I have had bar none. The clinic is lovely and modern and friendly reception staff also. Really for me, this is a gem and I work in marketing consultancy and training customer service and really happy I was recommended here by my brother. Give Jenny a go and you will not be disappointed and I would say you will see as I said here a real difference. Highly and sincerely recommended.
