Quick answer, easy to book. It was not a problem that I knew only English and not Portuguese. When I got there, dr Pedro was amazing, patient and kind. We did a wisdom tooth extraction pretty quickly on the spot, and it was painless for me. An X-ray was also done in the clinic for free. Everything went smoothly. Nothing but good words for this clinic and the staff!

A LONG REVIEW BUT WELL DESERVED I am from the U.S., and I was blessed to find Dentist Maria in Lisbon. I have had nothing but amazing experiences, but one stands out. I had an implant done, and she was not happy with the fitting. I was happy; however, she reached out to the lab requesting that the crown be redone. And once again, she was not happy with the fitting, so she again had the crown redone a second time. She is a perfectionist with very high standards. I have referred another U.S. Expat to her, and Julie was very appreciative of my referral. Crazy but true! I will not allow anyone to ever work on my teeth except Dr Maria, so I travel from Spain to Lisbon, from London to Lisbon and even when I am in the U.S., I wait until I am in Lisbon to do all my dental work. As I write this review, I am in the U.S. with a broken crown, but I will have the repair done when I arrive in Lisbon (3 months wait time). And the only other dentist that I allow to work on my teeth is Dr Aurea. She makes every visit comfortable, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and caring approach gave me complete confidence in my dental care, and I couldn’t recommend Dr Aurea more highly.

I have had a fantastic experience with this clinic from the very moment Thiago made contact with me regarding my enquiry. I needed an emergency treatment as my crown broke in half while on holiday in Lisbon, Thiago called me back couple of hours after l sent the request to the clinic, asked all the important questions and gave me all the answers over the phone while simultaneously booking me for an emergency appointment, he was very honest about the procedure and possible timelines of the treatment, he then followed everything up with an extensive message in which he gave me all the additional information a patient could possibly need including the price for the treatment in advance. The clinic is comfortably located in the city centre and very easy to find; the facilities are spotless, and the care provided is excellent. Prof. Dr. Genilson Neto, who l came to see is extremely experienced in his profession, once you sit in his treatment chair you know you are in the best possible hands, he is fast and confident, he administered my anaesthetic injection so skillfully it was virtually pain free, l couldn't tell when he done it, l was extremely impressed, he prepared my tooth and shaped my temporary crown absolutely perfectly, he gave me honest advice and did all of it in under an hour. I'm extremely grateful to the whole team at the clinic. I couldn't recommend them enough for being professional yet extremely polite and accommodating at the same time. Additionally, the cost in comparison to what I would have to pay back in the UK for the same treatment was a fraction of the price. Everything was exactly as Thiago informed me it is going to be, the treatment, the price and the timeline - extremely honest every step of the way. Best place for all of your dental needs. I saw DR John McKean, believing I needed 3 dental implants (as advised by a UK dentist) I was pleasantly surprised when Dr John gave me a completely different option that not only resulted in my not needing any teeth removal or implants but also did not require any injections or surgery whatsoever! Having saved a huge sum of money and personal apprehension, I cannot thank DR John McKean or Clinica Pacifico enough for their help and treatment. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so, while I will be returning for all my future dentistry needs at this practice.

Professional dental clinic! I had dental cleaning. The staff and the doctor were very friendly, and helpful, spoke English and made me feel very welcome and looked after.
