As a child in the, I was traumatised by my experiences at the hands of the school dental service which I carried through into my adult life. After suffering from years of pain through various issues with my teeth, I plucked up courage to contact Ferndale House Dental Practice to make an appointment. My fear was so great that I was actually in tears during the call. I attended my first appointment physically shaking but had no cause to worry. My first steps inside the reception completely changed my opinion. Every member of staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Mr Duran is amazing, he calmed my extensive nerves and during every consultation, he asks if I feel ok with what is being done and stops whenever I need to take a break. I can't recommend them highly enough

Just been given a new Dentist by the name of Priyanka. I have to say ( and I don't normally write reviews)how brilliant she is, I've been coming here for 30 years and she is the best dentist I've had so far. Please don't let her go, she's a real asset.

I've recently had treatments with Ritesh and was treated so well after having a bad experience in the past, so I was nervous about dentists. First-class and so caring - going that extra mile when needed. Going in earlier and staying later to be able to fit in on a very busy workload. Very much appreciated! Nina was so nice as are all the staff, surely must be handpicked for niceness. Thank you.

I am very satisfied with the quality and speed of the service. I haven't seen such a well-equipped dentist office for a long time. The Doctor is very polite and well educated. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. Excellent manners and courtesy, superb 'bedside manner' and careful to explain what is what while progressing through your treatment. Even more importantly for me (as I am a bit of a coward in a dentist's chair) is pain management. I didn't feel a thing even when undergoing lengthy and complex treatment. He even anaesthetises the local area with a spray before applying the primary anaesthetic by injection which is itself then pain-free. First-rate surgery!

Life Savers! Following my SOS e-mail, in the middle of the Night, I received very prompt treatment & excellent care, the very next day! Then, I had a further 3 extractions, and 2 cappings, at a very good value, over the next 3/4 weeks. Everyone was so kind and patient with me...looking after a shaking, crying adult with a phobia and in pain with toothache can't be easy! Had root canal treatment and didn't feel a thing during or after the procedure. Tardy writing this review, but I can't thank the staff and dentists at the Albufeira health institute enough and wanted to tell my story. SUPERB, Highly recommended. Very professional and caring. I had 2 teeth removed and it was painless.

1st appointment today. Was very nervous, but put at ease with receptionist and dentist. Can't thank you enough and no more toothache after tooth removal. Was put at ease from start to finish. Looking forward to my next appointments. I will be back.

Just had my second visit to Dr Mowlawi for a filling and scale and polish. I’m so impressed that again taken on time. No waiting. Everyone was so friendly. Have to say didn’t feel a thing. Felt so relaxed throughout. In and out in 20 minutes. Thank you so much for another fabulous experience in the dentist chair. I’m so glad I found you!
