Andepol was amazing every step of the way. Even when I was just talking with them while planning the trip, they were clear about what needed to be done. Pointed out the problems I had, and explained what needed to be done, with great detail, and went through every potential scenario with me. They gave me information about my case the other clinics either didn’t spot, neglected to give, or intentionally left out to trick me into going with them. I felt respected and cared for every step of the way.

I'm Tracy from London I had treatment for my teeth, new crowns and a root canal. The staff are lovely people, and they really take care of you. My doctor Kubra Serbetcl and Asutans Hadtle were wonderful they are so kind and caring Doctor Kubra Serbetcl is the best she really did an excellent job I really recommend Nova, they are so caring and will help you. Their work is outstanding, I love my new teeth I had top crowns and can't wait to go back in October for the bottom ones to be done Thank you so much.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a constant bleeding problem in my mouth for several years. I have tried several dentists in Denmark where I live, they were just guessing, trying and experiencing in me. I was so lucky to find Astra on the internet, I read only positive feedback from earlier customers and then decided to try. When I was trying to contact Astra, I got the ability to contact them on Whatsapp and an extremely sweet girl (Katya) has been my contact person from the first minute, in the sessions and also following up after finishing. Astra Dent already knew what the problem was, just by explaining what I am experiencing. I was amazed that the Antoshchenko Natalia, the dentist that I had the honour of visiting, she fixed the problem I had in 2 hours. She was so confident and I felt I was in safe hands. I am seriously thankful and I feel lucky that a problem that has been annoying me for several years is gone now.

Made appointment while on holiday for a consultation on my missing front tooth and after receiving the best options open to me they started my procedure to have a 3-tooth bridge flitted. I lost all my upper teeth when I was a child and had always wanted permanently fixed teeth to enhance my confidence. After much research on the Internet, I came across Hungary 4u and arranged to meet with their UK Representative to gain more information on suitable procedures available to me. He was extremely approachable, friendly and informative and talked me through treatments best suited for me. As my upper bone proved to be rather soft, from previous x-rays, it was suggested I opt for the ‘4 on one’ procedure, which consists of 4 implants inserted in the bone and then a small denture-type structure, with required teeth, slotted into the Implants. They are fully fixed but can be removed for cleaning purposes. After agreeing to go ahead with the treatment, he then arranged all my Flights, Hotel and Transfers to alleviate the stress of making my plans and I was kept up to date with my dental dates and what treatment was planned for each day. I needed two visits to Budapest with a 4-month interval in between to allow for the gums and bone to strengthen after the initial appointment. The hotel was just yards from the Surgery, so very easy to find and the Manager, Staff and Dental Surgeon were all very welcoming and professional in their work. I am very pleased with the completed work and with a minimum of discomfort, and I would highly recommend this Company, whose prices are very favourable in comparison to UK costs. Professional, helpful and friendly team. My medical manager who assisted me before treatment and during whole trip was super cute and caring, helped me organizing everything I needed. My plastic surgeon was fantastic, he made me calm and not stressed. I am more than happy with my tummy result, it was my dream for many years. Finally it came true with this amazing team. I can only complement everyone who was involved in the first phase of my extensive treatment. Transport, Admin and Medical Staff were all pleasant, informative and professional. The discounts they obtained for me regarding travel and accommodation helped contain the overall cost. Lets hope the 2nd visit goes as smoothly.

The prices are excellent too, giving excellent quality at a very affordable rate. Had a full platinum assessment at a fraction of the price of one in the UK - I couldn’t afford to go private in the UK. Excellent communication from the start from Eyüpcan. I was collected by him personally by taxi from my hotel after fasting the night before. Had a whole range of tests - MRI, CT scan, ultrasound to name a few and my bloods were taken for other tests. Some of the results were immediately available and the rest came in a day later. Some of my results were a little worrying, but they were translated into English by the doctor on request, and all imaging was made available via email so I could contact my GP and get follow-up tests. Eyüpcan answered lots of questions after I’d left. Highly recommended.
