An excellent service from Dr Olga. We are very satisfied.

I am a digital nomad from the United States, living and working in Latin America for two years. My friends had received braces from Esthetic Dent, and I went in for a consultation. I decided to get braces. For 2 years I flew to Bogota every month for an update.

At the end of the process, my teeth were perfect. The total cost was around $2,000 not including traveling expenses. Olga the owner speaks English which makes the process perfect for Americans. A lot of the customers are American. The office is impeccable, the service and the results are either on-par or better than what you can get in the United States, at 500% cheaper in my case. Bogota is a very easy city to fly to from the United States, and many neighbourhoods are extremely safe. Stay around Parque 93 which is an upscale neighborhood but is cheap compared to USA living prices. And you can easily walk to the Esthetic Dent office. Download Google Translate and become good at using it. That’s all you need. If you’ve ever heard of medical tourism, it’s an extremely common and highly reputable service if you know quality companies and Esthetic Dent is one of them.

After ignoring my teeth for a long time it became clear it was time to visit dentist. As I was in Bogota for another procedure I decided to visit Esthetic Dent for a review. To nobodies surprise the list of work necessary was long. I made an appointment for a later time and due to my claustrophobia I asked for the additional sedation. The cost of the sedation was low compared to in the US and it was worth every penny spent.

After six hours in the chair Dr. Olga Lucia Reyes was done for the day. I had booked a hotel really close to the clinic so I wanted to walk back to my hotel. Dr. Reyes didn't allow me to walk due to the sedation but wanted me to call a taxi or Uber for three blocks. I think that's an embarrassment so she had me sit down and didn't let me leave. She sent her assistant to get me juice and a thee. After an hour I had enough of sitting around and wanted to leave. She finally agreed but, like any mother would have, she had me confirm I got to my hotel OK. I include all this story because besides being an excellent dentist Dr. Reyes is also a wonderful person absolutely taking care of her patients. I know I will be back in a few months for the work that hasn't been done these days.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Esthetic Dent, and I'm very happy with the guidance provided. As someone who was initially unsure about dental procedures in Colombia, the guidance and care provided by Olga and the team at Esthetic Dent truly exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and at ease. Olga's guidance throughout the entire process was exceptional. She took the time to explain each step, addressing my concerns and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure.

Arrived for the first time ever in Bogota (and even in South America) with a bad tooth-ache and after 6 days my original plan about getting it fixed back home in DK went down the drain due to the pain caused. So I had to find a dentist to get it fixed. Used WhatClinic to send an enquiry and got an appointment with Esthetic Dent the day after at 8am (talk about fast response). Went to the clinic, which was nice and clean and was met by the dental-assistant and dentist. Both were very friendly and very understanding. After filling some papers I was on the "bench" and had the problem fixed.

The price was about half of what it would have cost back home, so I consider it a very good value.

I had a great experience at this clinic. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, and Dr. Olga speaks perfect English. The clinic location is in a good area and a nice building. I had gum surgery, and my overall procedure and follow-up were positive. Dr. Olga is very personable and enjoyable.

This is the place to go... I am in the beauty industry and it is essential to have a clean office, fantastic staff, and outstanding services. I would recommend this to all looking for a great Dental Experience. I will be back!!!

In life you have the opportunity to meet phenomenal people, whether they are musicians, craftsman or in this case a dentist. From my initial contact I was impressed with Dr. Reyes. After I e-mailed her she called me twice to discuss my treatment options. She was patient and explained the treatment alternatives in terms that I could easily understand.

On my first visit she determined that I needed eight (8) implants, a root canal, numerous crowns and that my vertical dimension needed to be increased. Dr Reyes told me I would need to make three (3) trips to Bogota for treatment. To date I have completed two (2) of the trips. Essentially she is reconstructing my mouth. I was missing multiple teeth, and had badly worn teeth due to teeth grinding. I have never met a clinician who is so in tune with a patients needs. Her attention to detail is impeccable, she by all accounts is an artisan when it comes to dentistry.

I have never known a dentist who has paid this much attention to the smallest of details. Her chair side manner is something I have never experienced. I have spent many hours in her office and have never felt rushed, never felt like I was just another client. Rather the treatment has always been very comfortable with a feeling of genuine importance to her. Her office is impeccably clean, her staff are beyond polite and Dr. Reyes speaks very good English this was important because my Spanish is very limited.

Whatever you know about dentistry in the States, leave at the door. The treatment I received here is far beyond any treatment I have ever had in the USA. I cannot compliment this clinic enough, I really have no words. My teeth to date look absolutely amazing, she has changed my life. Beyond the treatment Dr. Reyes is a great resource for local Colombian cuisine, culture ECT. I won't go into the cost, but the savings are substantial.

My final thoughts. Dr. Reyes is a rare find in the world of medical/dental practitioners. I feel very fortunate to have found such a capable professional, who truly cares about the quality of her work as well as the welfare of her patients! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

In December of 2020, I contacted via email Dr Olga Reyes. She called me and we had a detailed conversation about the procedure that I needed to be done. She went to great lengths to assure me that my health concerns were of priority and she provided me with a written estimate for the dental work to be done. She was very informative and attentive to my dental needs. I travelled from Colorado to Bogota, we had an initial meeting in her office. She and her staff went the extra distance to adhere to all COVID 19 protocols.

Unfortunately for me, I suffered from altitude sickness due to the elevation of Bogota. The condition raised my blood pressure. I was unable to have the procedure. Dr Reyes was the utmost medical professional in her concern for the altitude sickness and did everything possible to assist me in getting treatment for my high blood pressure. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of Dr Reyes and her staff. I was unable to have the surgery and returned to the US and I am currently undergoing medical visits to get the BP back to normal. When my BP back to normal I plan on making a return visit to Dr Reyes office in Colombia to get the dental implants.

Dr Reyes is an excellent dentist. I had a minor tooth emergency while travelling in Colombia. After doing some research, I decided to make an appointment at her office. I'm glad I did. Not only did she fix my chipped tooth (it came out great), but I got one of the best cleanings I've ever had. The office is clean, sanitary and fully modern. I would recommend her services to my own friends and family.

Went for a Cleaning. Dr Reyes was very thorough. She had excellent knowledge and skill. I will be returning for more work.

Dr Olga and her staff were simply amazing! I choose to go with her not only because of her 20+ years of dentistry but also her experience in implants. She also answered all of my questions over the phone and I did not feel rushed at all. We talked at least 3 times and after those conversations, I felt very comfortable with booking my trip the next day. I had a total of 6 implants, bone graft, and conscious sedation (didn’t feel any pain at all) and I am very pleased with her and her staff work from the anesthesiologists, orthodontist and the assistances that helped with the surgery. I am more pleased with her attention to detail of even the smallest things that I feel would have been looked over else where. Would I recommend to others? yes.
