I had a filling and sealants done by Dr. Aguero Gallo and he was amazing! He is extravagantly professional and skilled! I had a history of not being able to get numb and he fully numbed my mouth on the first attempt. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly and kind! Very grateful for him and his team! I received phenomenal treatment from Dr.Pena and his staff! They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very friendly. Dr.Pena is the best dentist that I have ever gone to and he is a perfectionist at his craft. I really love my teeth and for the first time in over 10 years, I can smile again with confidence knowing that my teeth have been restored back to their original look before I started losing my teeth. Excellent free first consultation. He has a 3D X-ray machine-rare. I had dental implants. Dr Pelcman was so fast inserting the base I didn’t even know he was finished. Important to note: he is not only a dentist but also a periodontist. There is an orthodontist in his office. Free consultation. He owns a studio apartment nearby the office. Nice and very affordable.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

Dr.Ford was very professional, and informative, with awesome views from their beautiful office. The staff including Dr. Ford was bilingual, great experience with my dentist's needs while in Panama City (new crown).

The area where the clinic is located its really nice and safe. The Doctors and everybody were so nice, polite and helpful. I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.

Dr was able to see me right away. Fixed my issue promptly and continued with exceptional service as more visits were required.
