What a team!
These doctors and assistants are amazing and they did not mess about with my treatment. Having been to a number of dentists in a few countries, I could tell that they have been doing this for a long time.
As a foreigner (who can speak Spanish), it would have made no difference as everyone speaks English very well.
They assisted me with transportation and lodging and kept regular communication with every aspect of this "First Phase".

I look forward to letting you know of my experience after the next visit.

Update - August 2025

I returned to complete the treatment ........my expectations were exceeded!

Dr Samuel is a genius who had the whole procedure worked out since from our first discussion. Everything happened just the way he explained it.

Dr Martin is a perfectionist who is not only proud, but he refuses to stop for breaks and did not give up until we were all satisfied with the result.

They are absolutely amazing and both trips were worth the effort, distance and expense.

I can now smile confidently and enjoy meals again that were once difficult.

Excellent free first consultation. He has a 3D X-ray machine-rare. I had dental implants. Dr Pelcman was so fast inserting the base I didn’t even know he was finished. Important to note: he is not only a dentist but also a periodontist. There is an orthodontist in his office. Free consultation. He owns a studio apartment nearby the office. Nice and very affordable.

I went to Dr Martin Pelcman to have a crown replaced. I was very pleased with the doctor, his personal and professional demeanour. I felt the service was a good value and would definitely recommend him.

I choose this clinic as many others were pleased with it. The staff were very welcoming, the was clinic clean and modern. At the initial visit, doctor verified that the crown did need replacing, then scheduled an appointment the next day for tooth preparation. Different from the US is that it took an additional three visits to the lab to complete the crown. I am very pleased with the results.

I could not have been more pleased with the quality of Dr. Martin Pelcman's work.I got 2 implants, and initially , as I sat down in the chair and awaited the first shot of
anesthesia , I started to have a feeling of dread , wondering what I had gotten myself into.The fact is , the work went so quickly and smoothly I could hardly believe my ears when he said he was done.In addition, he was very informative and very flexible and accomodating.I'm very glad I chose to see him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any kind of dental needs.

I emailed Dr Samuel Pelcman on a Friday afternoon after receiving the bad news from another dentist that I have a significant cavity in my tooth requiring an emergency root canal. I received a response back within an hour with an offer to carry out the work as a special appointment on Saturday night (I was leaving Buenos Aires on Sunday).

His work was incredible and extremely fairly priced and his honest and pleasant demeanour made light what should have been a much more stressful situation. Thanks to this, I have been able to enjoy the rest of my travel in South America. He even managed to carry out two extra fillings I required and all whilst speaking perfect english! I cannot recommend highly enough!

I'm very pleased with the work done at The Pelcman clinic. Dr. Pelcman's son, Martin, did all the work for me. It was a somewhat difficult crown to do, as it was a front tooth and was a repair of a tooth on a bridge supporting several implants that my US doctor had recently crafted.
Dr. Martin Pelcman is a consummate professional. His work is excellent; his dental knowledge and skill appears to be state-of-the-art. He speaks very good English (great for me as my Spanish leaves much to be desired), and, is a very lovely person- kind and patient. Thanks, Dr. Martin Pelcman!

Dr. Pelcman and his son run this great practice we had been looking for all these ‘tooth painful’ years!! An emergency brought us to this family run practice (with its own laboratory – expedites process) and it has become our dream dentist, even if we live in New York. We have travelled around the world with some tooth emergency stops in very exotic places, but the Pelcman’s are by far our favourite dentists in this world!!!

Doctor Pelcman was very efficient in the diagnosis and the treatment; resurrecting a failed implant (not done by him) and attaching an abutment. It was so quick that I wondered if all was good, but it turned out perfect!! I use a US dentist, correction, I used to use a US dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Pelcman. The price is right and the treatment caring and correct.

I checked different dentists in Buenos Aires and felt consulted best at Drs. Pelcman. I got a an extensive smile makeover using porcelain crowns. The results are absolutely fantastic! It took several appointments, it was a lot of work, but I felt in good hands at all times during the treatment.

The staff is also very nice; The clinic is in a good location on Santa Fe.

I really can recommend Drs Pelcman; Never had a better dental experience.
