I recently accompanied my niece to BPS clinic for gender reassignment surgery. We were both very anxious but were very reassured when we met the doctor and clinic staff. The surgery was a success, and the aftercare was incredible. Every staff member we encountered was not only very professional but kind, caring and supportive. We had all the benefits everyone else has mentioned, car transfers to and from our hotel for every follow up appointment, daily contact from Ms Tak, and a transfer back to the airport with a generous supply of meds and dressings etc. We are so grateful for this life-changing surgery and for the way we were looked after at BPS Clinic.

I am 78 now and believe I look 20 or 30 years younger. He is an amazing surgeon. Speaks good English. A kind and gentle man. You can stay at accommodation next door to the hospital which is great.
